I felt exactly same as you. Lovely opening and so summery and fun! The drydown is really disappointing and starts to lean too musky clean. And also it doesn’t last long either. It’s not a bad scent but not a groundbreaking one either. VERY similar to Escada summer festival, but that one is more linear and stays gorgeously tropical throughout.
I smelled it in store, and got it. After trying it for couples of days, I realized that it smell sooo sweet at the beginning, even too sweet, and doesn’t last on my skin :( Always try your fragrances before buying!
I just tried this today for the first time. Sprayed it on and it is definitely a skin scent after an hour or so. I can get whiff of it myself. I have been wearing it for about nine hours and I can still smell it, but I don’t think anyone can smell it on. It definitely is a touchup type of perfume. It is beautiful, bright, fresh and feminine. And it does not smell like chemicals at all to me. It literally smells very authentic. I’m going to get it in that way I can touch it up every few hours because I love it that much. Fragrance. I don’t expect it to be long lasting because of the notes, but I feel like it doesn’t last as long as it should. I also prime my skin before I put perfume on. I use cera ve unscented body cream, and I also have a primer that I made myself with rosewater, hyaluronic acid, and silk peptide that really helps moisture to keep my scent lasting.
I bought this travel sized . I am in love with the kiwi note and how JUICY it is. For me the kiwi last until the 4th hour and by 5th hour the perfume was gone on me. Debating if I would buy full bottle since it wasn’t horrible but not amazing either .
I might get a travel bottle just because the opening is gorgeous.. just for those days when I don’t mind that it fades and becomes more subtle as the day goes on..
I ordered the travel spray bc the opening was just so fruity and delicious. Dry down is basic, nothing special. I don’t mind reapplying to get that fruity burst.
