It is very likely that our armour will not be as good per kg as American, British, German or French armour (we haven't been spending hundreds of millions over decades developing armour), so I feel this weight restriction will give the tank insufficient protection.

Also using the same base platform, make ISV (infantry support vehicle) that carries either 155 mm gun, with 12.7 co-axial) to take down strong poiints
A Rocket Launcher system that carries say 4 X 122 mm Pinaka or 2 X 203 mm rockets and 6 X Kamikaze drones that can be used for recce, Strike & even anti tank mission.
Infantry fighting vehicle, with say 30-35 mm gun with dual feed system, and co-axial 12.7 mm gun, and 12.7 mm gun on RCWS to provide anti infantry protection.
In my opinion the previous requirement put forward by army for 3 crew and automated turret was better and shouldn't have been changed . Also why isn't army asking for a bigger gun ??
Are they asking for 120mm?
Because Army is stuck in WW2 Era British Colonial army
120mm is standard NATO round.. Munition from Israel to France r similar
Will be on service in 2080
Hain Hain
Oh tank approvals hi aega
Udhar turkey ka 5th gen fighter ka first flight ho gaya
Aur ADA Wale baithe hain private partner ke intezaar main
So sad😢
And wo tank invisible v ho, in case of submerin also Indian Navy asked so so much that there was no submerin exist to meet their requirements.
We are not best to give suggestion to any expert ..but when we see video of ukarian Russia war ..tank are getting destroyed by small drones , missiles ,artillery ., mines ..so will tank help in war , secondly if drones can defeat tank .it can also protect tank..one drone should be above tank monitoring battle field and other drones should launched by tanks which counter incoming antitank missile either by tank or helicopters ..instead of tank based active protective systems
What fourth person going to do if this tank will have a autoloader !! Why they need provision for manual loading ! Autoloading systems these days are quite reliable.
Tank toh bnalege but engine kisi foreign country ka use krege
MoD " Serial Beggar begs again" from Foreign OEM's
Why the hell does our army all wants stuff that doesn't exist
Auto loaders can get ammo racked easily
Ye Tank sirf Tony Stark(Ironman) bana Sakta hai 😂😂
Man, I thought it would atleast transform into a heptor
It will be Imported Tank which will get assembled in India so need to get excited 😂 we will remain Dependent on other countries for all our Requirements.
इनको कुछ नही बस दलाली ही मेन रिक्वायरमेंट है 😂
