You can stick a piece of hard foam to the "bottom" of the battery that touches the tray. That way you could protect the battery from crashes, hard landings etc.

Best install a Spektrum AVC Receiver paired with a DX5 Pro or even DX5C transmitter and she'll track straight as an arrow all the way to 62 mph. Totally different truck, in a positive way, with a better Receiver and Transmitter combination. To put it in perspective, I've had mine for 1.5 months or so smd done a ton of speedeuns. Not once has it flipped. Still not even one scratch on the body. That is how great this thing handles. It is as stable as an Arrma Talion EXB. It actually handles like a smaller version of the 6s Big Rock.

Nice got mine today it rips I'm liking it so far I watched your vigilante vids mine had similar problems just to let you know I installed vitivon diffs and motor mount with minimum 23 tooth pinion it's awesome and worth the money it solved the gear problem my favorite 5th scale truck it handles amazing and jumps amazing and rips on spend the $200 you will be glad you did👊

In the redcat radio the green light will stop flashing when you reach the endpoints the green light will flash twice fast when it's in the middle of steering and throttle
My steering is too sensitive.. when i turn, i bout flip.. The EPA suppose to be the button for turning the sensitivity down for steering,but mine not working.. green led will blink when u mash the button if working

I’m not a fan of spectrum radios but that is just my preference. I run a noble. Thanks for the tip though I will keep it in mind
That drivetrain sounds really loud man… I took the shims off of the front and rear diff and it runs much more smooth.

Yes steering is super sensitive. The EPA will limit overall steering. To adjust speed of the steering you need a dual rate setting.
