I have some doubts in GTA charges under RCM.
I am giving here all the Doubts regarding RCM entries in the Books of Bother GTA and Service Receipient.
1. In the books of Receipient:- When bought transport services from a GTA who is Interstate & Unregistered,
Is it exempt from GST . Its given in Notification No: 13/2017 - Integrated Tax (Rate) Dt. 13.10.2017. and also
given in the same Notification like this: Exemption available upto 31.3.2018. Does this mean the exemption
is not available now after 31.03.2018 ? or Still the exemption is available. Please clarify about this.
2. In the Books of GTA (very important):- whats the treatment if the Receipient is unregistered: Its the liability
of the GTA to pay the GST under RCM. ( I am using Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime, both education version, is
there any problem with entries in education mode ?]
If receipient is unregistered, in the invoice by GTA whether we have to charge GST also ?
This entry is not showing in GSTR-1, its showing under MISMATCH.
Also in the case of Registered also the entries are showing in mismatch, since i give some GSTIN number,
is it any problem if i give some Number like: 36ABCPE1256R1ZA Etc. (Telangana) 37ABDPA2654K1Z1
(Andhra Pradesh) etc.
Please give full clarifications about this GTA service accounting treatment !!!!
