So pretty much go Dark/Light just like Michael Jackson :D.....look at Hawk's pose when he's casting a spell...

For Lisa, it's find to go either. 1.FK's stats is slightly higher.
2.FK has her Rune Maidens' debuffs mutipulized; while DM kept it singular which doesn't matter much.
3.Both acquire one new summon spell at 15INT. (PS:You don't get a monster on field, its just a non-spirit magic.) Get it only when you have extra point, cuz you don't necessarily need INT for magic tolerance as if you got Wanderer.
Overall, FK is slightly better but in case if you like DragonMaster:)

BTW Archdemon has death magic that kills one person immediately if you were below his level. All final bosses are lv50, so it would be good for your party to challenge at 51 for safe.
Also the 20% health decline is a debuff and is boss usable. He also has buff that increase ally maximum health, and criticalstrike chances increase as your party is more of physical damage. Just in case if yours were Japanese version.
    Bring Puipui Grass.
Archdemon is the toughest among the 3:)enjoy friend~

As you are on Lisa and Hawks' line, your final boss would be Archdemon, does almost full magic damage, knows different kinds of spirit magic and special magic(non-spirit).
Wanderer must be good with the reflection buff that directly return all spirit magic! But note that Wanderer's ability require WIS but not DEX like other 3.
16WIS at most for the reflection and the other buffs, no use for more.
Besides, at 14-16INT(not sure) he has an ability that decreases enemy 20% maximum health.

WANDERER IN YOU GOT IT RIGHT THE CHARACTERS THAT I AM PLAYING, unless the order is Angela, Carlie and Hawk and classes are Grand Devina, Bishop and of course, Wanderer

Wanderer assist your party with good support spells; he is not a fighter! You may choose Wanderer, if you already make up with enough damage out-put yet needed some buffs and debuff. His magic reflection buff is useful if you are lazy to get the buff itemXD
Basically you can think of Rouge as a wizard same as Angela:)

Depends if you want a full screen lv3 Tech or a single target one to round off your party. I usually go Nightblade with Hawk seeing how I don't need the multi-target debuffs for boss fights.

If you meant the balance of out-put! While you have Lisa and Kevin, Rogue should make up some magic damage; besides Rogue does as well a decent physical damage, as because his spells are conditioned to DEX not INT while I assumed that you may sub on STR and CON. But I personally prefer the utility of Wanderer, even his out-put is completely important.
Either DragonMaster or FenrirKnight doesn't matter much about balance.

    Good point.

Ninja Master is the worst in four, personally. Multiplizing the spells that he already have as Ninja(dark) is superfluous. That most Bosses are alone where Nightblade can plunge exactly the same singularly.
Simply multiplizing the spells that he already have as Ninja and without acquiring any new useful spell make him so invaluable.
And even if multiple down rate is demanded, by choice, Lisa's dark-dark can guarantee to do so whereas Ninja may glitch by chance. Ninja's down rate is probabilistic

So which is better; ninja master or nightblade?

Hmmm, I like Hawkeye he is a great character (actually, I think all characters are in this game are great, and fun to play.), but I don't know what to think about his light classes... somehow... they seemed... redundant. Well yeah, Wanderer's Lunatic rocks, Life Booster, TransShape, Couter Magic are also great spells, but their duration is so damn short, that I'm getting tired of casting them over and over AND OVER. His offensive spells (of both light classes) are less useful compared to Ninja's justsu, Charlotte is stronger spellcaster in ANY class, and I won't even compare him to Angela. For most part I felt, that both of these classes doesn't contribute that much, I'd take Ninja Master ,or Nightblade over them any day. I don't know... maybe I took a wrong approach to them... I'm thinking of giving his light classes another chance in all warrior's teams, so he would be a main spellcaster in party, maybe then I'll change my mind about them.

The thing about Rogue's spells is that they're fast casting, and they're checked against the enemy's physical defense instead of magic defense, meaning that they're great for taking out spellcaster enemies. This makes them capable of being triple boosted. Mind Up on Hawk (increases spell damage dealt no matter what stat they rely on), Mind Down on the Enemy (increases spell damage taken no matter what stat the spells rely on), and Defense Down on the Enemy (increases damage taken from physical attacks, which includes Hawk's spells)
Not to mention, the best thing about Wanderer and Rogue is that they will never run out of MP. Pumpkin Bomb and Poison Bubble both rasp MP from the enemy, and give it straight to Hawk. In essence, where Angela and Carlie need to rely on Walnuts and Grails to deal damage, Rogue can just spam his skills to death.
Oh, also, Silver Dart is the most MP efficient and most time efficient source of Holy damage in the game.
And Rogue's an excellent physical attacker on top of being able to use his skills.
Sorry for responding to a 7 month old comment, but this might be useful for you or for anyone else who reads this.

Magus Silveresti Indeed, I had whole 7 months to try Hawkeye's light classes again, and my general oulook has changed (though, I still find his dark classes superior XD). Everything is just as you say, however I find the whole MP restoration business a rubbish, seriously with money one earns trying to complete the ultimate gear, buying a stock of Magic Walnuts and Pumkin Bombs(item), or Angel Grails and use them liberally, is no problem. Wanderer might be one of my favourites now (not one of strongest, but entertaining), it really changes the way game should be played, meaning, Hawkeye starts off as combat class, but in final light classes he's caster (Wanderer), or mixture of both (Rogue), I couldn't adapt to this at first, thus my view of them was negative. Well, thanks for reply, you do provide a fascinating insight, by the way.

Magus Silveresti you know there's a glitch where if you pause the game and then unpause, you'll cast magic right on the spot!

      Christian Lardell
I am plenty aware of that glitch, and I don't like to rely on it. I think it only works with the ring menu, though, not any other pause.
You'll have a hard time bringing up the menu again before Silver Dart goes off, though, because it's that fast casting. I think it's comparable to the Ninja's shuriken.

Dude this game was a fan translation, it was archaic back in the day. The Switch port is one of the most long overdue translations ever needed for Nintendo games.
