    I like your thoughts about skinning your beef tongue. Any suggestions, other than doing ot frozen?..I'd appreciate it a lot.

      Only other way i really know how to do it is by boiling it, but you are essentially cooking it when you do that.

      It was about 6 hours. Just make sure it is super tender
