Wow! This lady went through it. Along with her children. Good grief. That CPS lady was like a dead fish. I wonder how many bad calls she’s made? I’m glad this family was able to prevail legally but it doesn’t recover the trauma and vaccines which can’t be taken back.
For the young families watching this, understand it was your parents that gave these "protection" agencies this unmitigated power. I'm not saying your parents are evil, but certainly naive when it comes to implementing civil agencies like these and what they can (and usually do) become. CPS in some states and DCS in others were GIVEN these legal (actually illegal) powers outside of constitutional law by a big part of the population. The root of where this comes from has a LOT to do with the excessive divorce rate in this country and the custody battles that happen as a result. It is also to a lesser extent a product of "the mother hen" syndrome. The ultimate "Karen" It's time these agencies were de-fanged or disassembled all together. Leave protection to the police force and judicial system who must follow constitutional law.

My heart hurts right now. $1.49 million dollars can never repair the damage, trauma and heartbreak this family went through. I watch the CPS live streams in TX on the regular and just yesterday sent an email of thanks to the attorney representing a mom who was fighting to have her children returned post completing ALL of her services and "demonstrating" she had learned from doing those services. The state was attempting to keep her children because the foster family wanted to adopt! I was FURIOUS listening to the testimony of the CPS and CASA workers and the BS they were stating in order to have a monitored return denied! It was absolutely clear their motive was to prevent the mother from having her children returned EVER! I suppose it's fortunate the Judge found the law that allowed him to extend the case and actually increased her visitation with her children so the mother could continue to "demonstrate" (I hate that word!) she had a safe and stable home. The children were taken because she had rescheduled a dr. appt. during the pandemic because she had no babysitter for her youngest child and that child wasn't allowed to attend the appt. Yes, her oldest child has a life threatening physical disability, yet no one found the missed appt. endangered the child, after the dr. office called CPS due to the missed appointment. I'm not sure why I watch these cases as I find myself angry most days when I see the tactics used by CPS, their lack of empathy, and their judgemental attitudes toward most parents! Hurrah! WhoooHooo! Congratulations! For kicking as# mom in fighting the system and WINNING!💜 It must be bittersweet since they took your children to begin with and forced you into their tortu#e chamber of the process.
I would have lost my ever loving mind! I nearly lost my son less than 24 hrs post "well baby visit" and believing i was doing the right thing keeping my first child safe, and healthy as well as up to date on all medical "intervention". If you understand what im saying. My son seized for minutes, stopped breathing, i took him to er, and hand an entire gambit of test run to be told he had nothing wrong other than a very high fever which i was told was "normal" along with being sick post medical intervention. Smh, my sons now alive, by the grace of god, but autistic. The medical and legal system is a dud, its despicable what they do, on a regular, routine basis, then attempt to point fingers at parents in an attempt to kidnap and the traffic your child.
I haven't. But if anyone takes my content without transforming it I will exercise the right of all creators to claim my content. Do some research. DCMA is actual law. People are violating it. Let's wait and see what happens. But again, I haven't issued a strike to anyone. Yet.
