It won’t video to blog for me. Says cannot get transcript. And when I try generate transcript nothing happens. They don’t have any support email or number. Wondering what I’m doing wrong. Do you have any suggestions of what’s wrong and how I can resolve?

I just uploaded a video and it created all of the artifacts (including video to blog post) and transcript. In the bottom right corner of the screen is a purple icon. Click on that and it allows you to contact them if you are still having issues.

I’ve been watching this space, and tools like this are of interest (in an abstract sense) for music-oriented content-but I have concerns about how proficiently these tools can work with music-oriented content that is less about selling/direct marketing… can you provide any insights from your experience on how this could comport with this kind of content? I’m concerned for instance that trained goals like “scrubbing” conversational audio might be counter-productive to music-oriented video, BUT at the same time I’m really curious to see what it does. thanks in advance for any insights you can share :)

When I think of "marketing" in a broader sense I think of "awareness." So if you have a video talking about how the music of one artist has influenced other artists, tools like VideoTap could still do a transcript, pull clips and create tweets, etc. The point of any of the tools in the content repurposing niche is to give you ways to market or bring awareness to your channel, etc. I hope this helped and thanks for watching and commenting.
