I agree, the mat looks better the way you placed it. I love love love the dwarf olive plant and the rosemary plant!!❤️❤️❤️ I will be looking to purchase those.😊 But what I loved the most was watching you and your boys enjoying the process.🥰🥰🥰
@@melindadavis920 The Blue gem is from Home depot, the Olive was from a local nursery. Try a lcoal nursery in your area, they usually have a lot more options than Lowes or HD.
I love what you did with the pots and I love the plants as well. You gave me an idea thanks for the video. I'm am a plant lover cant get enough of my own plants and love gardening and planting my own seeds and growing vegetables in the garden very rewarding.
Good morning Valerie I love that refresh that you did I love love love the containers and what you change them into that color is beautiful! That dwarf olive tree is just amazing I hope that I can get one at my store and a little white flowers I forget their names but they looks so welcoming with your doormat and everything beautiful you have a blessed day thank you again Valerie
Thank you so much Emma! I'm so glad you enjoyed this! It's such a nice feeling walking up our porch now. It was way overdue for some updating! Be blessed! Take Care! 💕
Oh, I love your charming porch!! Yes, I love to garden but I even kill succulents!! Of course any weeds just thrive!! I love the containers and especially that petite olive tree. And your white flowers are perfect next to the walkway💕❤️💕💐💐💐💐
What a treasure find your eagle eye spotted in those RH duped fluted planters! After you were done the color and finish some how made them more weighty. Even thicker looking. Which means your faux stone/concrete technique was a success! Well done you!
I love these and bought the planters to copy this. Can they with stand the rain or should I use something on top to seal them? Thank you for this great tutorial!!
I have mine in my garden now and water my olive tree every few days and it still has the antiques white lines even after all this time. It’s held up beautifully!
It’s amazing what a little paint and wax can do for a project. You did a great job with the pottery barn look!! The layered rugs are so nice! Really loved where you planted the white flowers too! 👍🏻
Valerie, very nice transformation. The flowers were placed in a great are. You may wish to add some mulch to your plants to keep the moisture longer. Love the new mats. 💐💛
Beautiful porch my friend!!! The planters look like aged stone planters, love it,same as the rugs...I appreciate that you used Mediterranean plants...😆 Take care!!!😍
Lovely!!! May I suggest that before you place your plant into the new soil that you "tickle" or break up the roots. The plant will get more water and nutrients from the soil !
I love this look! It’s perfect! Just curious what state or zone are you in? I’m contemplating this in zone 6 / ohio and bringing inside for the winter.
I just came across your channel today. You have such great content AND you used your Cricut machine on the video I watched. That was enough for me to subscribe. :) I look forward to your videos. Oh! I'm totally doing the concrete textured look. Love this idea.
I actually got the olive bush from a local nursery, I did notice Home Depot had the CUTEST little trees in the indoor plant section, little baby type olive trees, but SO cute!
Totally agree! I am so picky about wreaths and door decor, I'm keeping my eyes peeled but I bet I'll end up making a wreath or some type of decor for it, I have a hard time finding things I envision 😄 Thank you for watching Kim!
@@ValerieAguiar Thank you....I ordered the rugs from your links..,,,I am checked again for the planters, but nada. Keeping fingers crossed they come back soon.
Our porch gets a lot of sun, both of those plants do well in full sun. You can always check the tags on the plants to see what kind of light exposure they need. :)
I love gardening and planting. I feel it so calming and relaxing.
Right? I totally agree! 💕
Planting or just working in my yard is therapy!! Love being in the sunshine! Beautiful porch!!
