Duncan's Meat Rub ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup white sugar ½ cup paprika 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon dark chili powder 1 teaspoon (to taste) cayenne (optional) Duncan's BBQ Sauce Kinder's Mild BBQ sauce dash or to taste Melinda's Habanero BBQ Sauce ____________________________________________________________ If you are looking to be a bit more adventurous, here is Brett's BBQ Sauce: 1 can of tomato sauce 1 cup red wine vinegar ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup tamari sauce (low sodium soy sauce) 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons dry mustard 4 tablespoons Gebhardt's Chili Powder 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger 2-4 cloves of minced garlic A dash of liquid smoke (optional and to taste) 2 tablespoons sunflower oil 3-4 slices of lemon Mix ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally Remove lemon slices Serve and Enjoy!
