In this video, I'll be going over Tom Hardy's training for Bane and I'll go into detail about what he did to pack on so much size! To be fair I met him years ago while I doing charity work fir the paras and he was doing a lot of charity work for us as well. He actually has one of the tops the lads gave him in Dunkirk as if you notice he's raf in that but he's wearing a para reg top in it. Anyway he's actually not that big in real life. In real life he didn't look any different to me really. Not that you know what I look liked but I looked similar to bronson. Now ofc I was an ex para (think us army ranger if you're American) in my 20s and he's obviously a lot older than me so I'm not saying he definitely didn't dabble in the arse needles, as let's be honest there'd only be him and Chris Pratt who probably aren't but what I am saying is in real life he was bigger than the average bookies pen but also he had a reasonable body. At least for some people anyway

The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him.

      1 John 3:8 KJV
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

There are many people at your local gym who are natty, just as big as this but a whole lot leaner.

What I've learnt (albeit, cardio has always been at the core of my training) is that my body will only hit roughly 90-92kg (6ft2) no matter how hard I train or how heavy I lift. Physically I cannot go above there no matter how much I'm eating. So it makes sense that only steroids will really get you past that point. Or, another 10+ years of training but in order to get there, I can only wait and tell you guys in 10 years lol.

Something about traps; if you can move your scapula up, like opposite of a lat spread, you can make them look bigger. Your lats will disappear when doing that. Also your traps disappear when you do a lat spread. It appeared to me like he was doing that in Bronson. He might still have used peds, I'm not an expert at judging that, but big traps are not always a clear sign of peds.

6:10 Set a goal where you want to be and stick to it. I want to be at 92-94kg (more and walking/running will hurt). I want to bench 120kg (went higher but broke an elbow and both wrists in an accident so make sure your body can handle it, have to limit myself), deadlift 200kg, see where you want to be at. I found if I get much bigger not only can I no longer go on runs and cardio will suffer, but I also get slower on the bag) Squat as much as I can.

The “Marine Buddy” is my cousin Patrick.
Genetics played a big part in Pats workouts,in my family the men,we all naturally have big traps and develop naturally large muscles.
Nobody in my family uses PED.
Pat trained Tom for Bronson,BANE,Warrior,The Dark Knight and Mad Max,he bulked him up and then had him cut.
My family has training in martial arts and military going back generations to WW1.
Pat learned from his Father a Grandmaster in martial arts, his twin brothers and older brother all high ranked in martial arts also from being a Marine.
I spoke with Pat monthly as he was training Tom, and the workout was natural for every movie. The first workout for Bane is on RUclips “Patrick Monroe trains Tom Hardy”
Tom’s son is Pats Godson, they were very close friends until my cousin Pat passed away from Covid.
Pat also trained Benedict Cumberbatch for Pats indie Movie”Little Favor” also on RUclips, research “Little Favor Behind the scenes” and Benedict talks about it.
Anyone who has questions leave a comment and I’ll reply to talk with you, please all I ask is be respectful,my cousin Pat as I mentioned earlier served his country as a Marine and passed away from Covid.

I am super skinny always have been will be. Back when I was 23 in college I went through a breakup that left me in my apartment drinking 40 ounces beer every night. My friend was getting a divorce and asked me to put his weight bench in my apartment. I started working out every night, I started drinking weight gain milkshakes, and eating steaks every night with veggies. I literally gained 30 pounds of weight and 20 pounds of muscles. Of course, it destroyed my body internally, but outside I looked incredible. It was certainly worth it having people say wow you look great.

I gained 15kg 1 month. Of course I was down to 45 on chemo and got fed roids after.
The real issue is your knees and ankles. They can get screwed up to the point you will be in pain for life. I decided to get the maximum out of it and ate like mad (had to get my stomach pumped twice, ate too much, first time didnt eat 2 months because sick, ate myself til I literally popped) and worked out like a freak, tired from not eating so long, infections, chemo, I had to sit down walking down the stairs. Work out till I drop, sleep. Started at 10 minutes working out 2 hours sleep. Ended at 98kg 3 months later, beastly. My knees hurt like hell, had to crash diet, also no more roids.

While I think this is a good video, I disagree with the fact that Tom used steroids. You can gain 30lbs in 3 months naturally if you go try hard mode on your training and diet. Granted you’ll put on more fat with muscle. But I promise if you drink a gallon of milk a day you will get big and strong in a short period of time. Also, Tom flexes his trap muscles. When you flex your traps, your lats move up your back to help with the activation of the traps. You’ll notice in all 3 of the movies discussed that when his traps look humongous, he has no back from the front shots of him. Dwayne Johnson? Yeah, that dude is a little sus but I think Tom is perfect natural.
