Before Anyone Asks , YES , This was indeed transferred from a Public Domain DVD called Great Cinema Cartoon Classics which included Some Betty Boop Shorts , two Popeye The Sailor Man Shorts and A couple of Public Domain Looney Tunes , as you can see , the copy is very roughly transferred, most likely ripped from a 16mm print or a TV print , I tried to fix up the transfer as best as I could , but it came out as presented, and YES , the copy is that roughly transferred that flashing can be seen on screen 😂.
This short still gets a chuckle out of me after I first watched it as a kid 😂 .
