#newyork #nyc #newyorkcity
Thanks for watching! More NYC ahead!
Be careful, because New York City has crime, lots of crime. You’re never going to be safe as long you visit New York City.
Don't worry if anything was to happen I know your guys got each other's backs and you can show New Yorkers how people from Florida get down lol.
The Dakota is amazing… what a history….
LONG LIVE LENNON - THE MUSIC NEVER DIES
As a former NYC Tour Director, I applaud you, buddy! This is one of your best vlogs -really appreciate the attention you give to the magnificent architecture of this great city! Kudos , Jay!
When I visit NYC, I am always reminded of all the immigrants who built these magnificent buildings. Left the Old World behind & brought all their craftsmanship skills & hard work ethic & creativity to this new blank canvas adopted homeland. Thats why it always hurts to see these buildings left to ruin or demolished in the name of progress.
Love this video. I have been to New York many times but never knew that about James Dean's apartment! Thank you for sharing. cheers
Thank youN
You KNOW it's going to be a great vlog when it starts off with the Chrysler Building!!!
Thanks for sharing this tour of NYC it is amazing to see so many places where TV and Movies were filmed. It’s like your in a huge movie set every where you turn.
Tampa Jay, good to see you with Adam The Woo out chasing great places. I love it. I was a James Dean fan too. Especially Rebel Without A Cause and Giant..
I too was into the Beatles and John Lennon. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to the other videos coming out.
Adam the Woo I'm looking forward to new videos from you also...
Stay safe. Have fun.. Much love..
Love the Fast Times quote you used: "Must be world History, there's a giant globe right there" Good Job!!
I just caught that also watching… that Spiccoli accent…
Enjoy your day in my hometown!
You and Adam have identical voices !! I love you both. Absolutely loved this video
My husband says that too but I can differentiate them 😂
Thanks for showing my favorite New York spots !
Another great collab with Adam! The John Lennon part did choke me up. I was such a huge fan! 😩
Thank you for sharing, stay safe, and God bless ❤️🙏❤️
Mom had the first Beatles record in Rhode Island after her uncle, who was a WBZ radio DJ gave it to her before the public was able to buy it
@@TheGatlinburgHussey wow, that's so neat. 😊
Two of my favs all in one! Enjoy your time in the big Apple!
Thank you Wendy
What a fun trip😎One of my favorite things about NYC is the Amazing Architecture, Especially The Dakota! Thanks for the trip back there😍
Fun fact, James Dean and I are birthday buddies🖤🎂
Thanks Jay & Adam for showing some really cool sites of New York! When you were talking about John Lennon it gave me goosebumps, he was such a great artist. St. Patrick's Cathedral looks beautiful beyond words, I love old churches like that. And that shot at the end of the vlog was amazing!
Glad you got some good coffee. Definitely hit the small mom and pop places for some really good coffee.
I remember visiting NYC for the first time a couple years ago and stopping at strawberry fields (: such a great sight
Great work Jay
Thanks for another amazing video
St. Patrick's Cathedral is Beautiful.
Loved it ❤ neat to see all there is to see! China town I remember well, I hope to visit with my kids someday.
Great video, Mr. Tampa Jay
Nothing like NYC ❤
I really liked your visit of NYC. I look forward to seeing the Mets vs The Rays.
Really nicely done. I enjoyed the tour of Central Park!
Thank you
So many things to see in New York! Great tour, as always thx 4 taking us all along on your adventures
if you guys get tired of NYC, Astoria (10 min subway ride) has a ton of cool filming locations : goodfellas :)
Loving your adventures Tampa Jay 🤙🏻
28:39 reminds me of the film THE WARRIORS
Hey Jay ! What's up? Really into New York !!! Great video as always !!!
Excellent video!
Are you stopping by American Dream Mall in East Rutherford NJ? It’s across the river. It is a Meg mall with a Nickelodeon Universe Amusement Park, a water park, a indoor ski slope, and many other things.
John Lennon and James Dean, two of my all time favourites! I'm also a big Beatles fan Jay, with Lennon being my favourite Beatle as I identify with him more because of the traumatic childhood he had. I never realised how spiritual George Harrison was until I saw video's of him speaking about spirituality. He really understood that we are all conscious beings having a human experience and that we never die. Imagine is my favourite song of all time - just simply beautiful. The group that plays Beatles music in Central Park are called "The Meetles". They have a RUclips channel, they are pretty good. RIP John Lennon and James Dean ❤
Great stuff guys keep it up
Amy Adams was NOT in Chasing Amy(Joey Lauren Adams was in the film), She was in Enchanted and Talladega Nights.
Not trying to be a nerd, just correcting. :)
Love your video of New York. My favorite show Law and Order SVU is filmed in New York. Enjoy your time in New York.
Thanks Peggy
This is awesome! I enjoy seeing the building of Dana Barret from Ghostbusters and thanks for showing across from it where Louis goes over the wall. lol Thanks for the tour.
Nice collab with Adam the Woo. Keep up the good work!
Thank you Kevin
He's York is my dream city you know !!!
I believe also a scene "Maid in Manhattan" movie with JLo and the Rock formation.
Maybe.... like you said New York is full of opportunities.
Where you guys are at 8:00 is also of course one of the many filming locations in NYC for Home Alone 2, but also 1996s Rasom starring Mel Gibson and Gary Sinise. Right there by the stairs and the arches I believe is where Donnie Walhbergs character kidnaps the son in Ransom.
Good job Tampa Jay, I found your website from watching Adam the Woo, and I like the fact that you both are big baseball fans, so keep up the good work. I go to NYC quite a bit, you both should check out a Broadway show some day, nothing like it.
Ah my city new york
Came over from Adams channel. New sub. Great work really enjoying you guys collaborating.
Thanks my friend! Welcome
Angel of the Waters was also featured in John Wick 1. It's where Ms. Perkins' membership was revoked.
Thanks, I've never been to NY. Enjoyed the sights. 😊
🎶Warriors , come out to play🎵🎶
You never disappoint in your videos.
Thank you
Great video! At 27:51 it looks like someone across the street had a "hey, I'm walkin here" moment. Wonder what happened that they ended up on the ground like that?!
Love nyc . Me and a buddy took a road trip from fl to Maine and stopped over night. I was 26 hours no sleep so it was a bit of a blur but I’d love to go back and just walk around a few days. Thanks for the nostalgia Tampa Jay and Adam rays up 🎉
What were the really skinny tower blocks near the plaza Hotel please? They look like they would be rather scary at the top hee hee 😊 Thankyou both for this as I am probably never gonna get over there to see those sights and locations up close. From across the duck pond lol.The Dakota looks beautiful😊
Just watched adam’s video. So glad yours is different. Nice of you to include my two favorites: Rockefeller Center ! and st. Patrick’s!
Love those spots
That's the MET by the way not the MOMA. The MET is one of the most beautiful museums in the world. If you haven't been to it, I highly recommend you spend a few hours there.
While living on Long Island My daughter and I spent the night at the Natural History Museum with her girl scout troop. One of the coolest things I have ever done. There is a dinosaur displayed that cannot even fit in the giant room It's head goes into another room and the tail out the other. And it was a teenager dino. We ate at Tavern On The Green celebrating our engagement. My husband's aunt and uncle are millionaires. Only way we could have afforded that one. Be safe in NY!!!!
Good video. I like you & Adam together.
I think that bridge is from enchanted with Amy Adams too
When I think of Central Park I always think of the 80's movie The Park is Mine. No idea if you or Adam seen it
awesome video Jay. are you gonna be at the rays game Friday?
And night of the museum
BTW: It's Grand Central TERMINAL, not Grand Central Station. Common error. A station is part of a line, but a terminal - the terminus - is the end point of a line. Please let Adam know: he makes the same error.
Lmao lived my whole life in ny and nyc we always called it grand central Station or grand central...its ok adam and jay
Lori, whenever the phone rang during times of stress and craziness within my childhood home in Tampa Bay, FL, my Queens-born Mom would answer the phone by saying "Hello, this is Grand Central Station!" Yes, it's technically G.C. Terminal, but I'm just a stickler nerd for details. Enjoyed your comment!
Adam is going to have to go into The Disney Store at Time Square…
Tampa Jay I hope your secret project is about The Warriors movie. You mentioned Battery Park. I think some scenes were filmed there.
Good morning TJ. I hope your day goes well
Great video! Love when you get together with Adam! Those twin towers visible from Central Park are the EL DORADO Apartment Building, Jay.
Trivia: James Dean played a laboratory assistant to Rod Steiger in a 1953 tv series called TALES OF TOMORROW. The name of the episode was THE EVIL WITHIN.
You should go to 1 Vanderbuilt which stands 1,401 Feet and is right inn back of the 1,046 Feet Chrysler Building, 0:11. Great vid my friend!
Peter Pan Goes Wrong is hilarious. I think it’s on RUclips.
Those rocks gave me little Nicky vibes.
james dean apartment in new york great..
Mornin Jay!!!
The copacabana is were several yankees, including mickey mantle, got in fight because some bowlers were heckling sammy davis, jr., because he was black. And it was previously owned by mobster, joe gallo, who later got whacked in little italy. You should definitely check out a Broadway show, they are that spectacular.
I want to ask Adam what a modern sprinkler looks like. Strange they allow a dude to amplify his music at Strawberry Fields.
Good times Jay
9:21 That is not The MOMA but it is The MET. I am from New York.
How was the switch to hot coffee for a bit?!
I wish I could meet you guys one day
Much ahead come say hi if you see me out in about!
Please record at studio 54 and Brooklyn bridge
You have to go in St Patrick’s Cathedral!
You did 😂
And you got Arthur Arthur in! 😊 You can get lost between The Moon 🌙 and New York City, I know it’s crazy, but it’s true… 🎶 😊
Loved it, your hitting a lot of trivia!!! 😊
If your doing Times Square look for Joes pizza one of the best pizzas in NY

Hey guys,I went to Manhattan 5 m on ths ago.Nice city, but wouldnt want to live there.
I want to see elf filming locations
John Lennon admitted outright that "Imagine" was a means of promoting communism. Of course, understanding the lyrics to "Revolution" would inform one's point of view on that matter as far as what he or The Beatles in general were up to: "but if you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao/You ain't gonna make it with anyone anyhow", as opposed to phrasing things in a bright and shiny way, leaving out the m followed by urder of countless millions to fund the whole thing, the absolute absence of justice, privacy, freedom, rights, and righteousness, etc.
make sure your horse don't eat beefararoni
