Hi Omay, I used to have the same problem with the high clean exercise, until I made a small change: I utilized the stretch reflex of my muscles to quickly complete the eccentric and concentric contractions, instead of pausing at the bottom of the lift and only practicing concentric contractions. This exercise will improve hip power more naturally and efficiently.✊🤝

I wanna move to AUS just for the beach sprinting alone xD I feel like I would love that even more than I like running track here in Denmark haha - looks way nicer and fun
The sport is surf life saving (multiple disciplines with beach sprint being one of them) and I do it in Sweden, have competed in Denmark and you have clubs there aswell! It’s a very small sport here in the Nordic’s though, but you should look it up if there’s any club near you:)
Hi, it's interesting to watch your workouts. I didn't quite understand one point. You perform a barbell squat in special weightlifting shoes, and power clian and clean pull in soft-soled sneakers. It is interesting to find out what this choice of shoes is related to.
Well with all due respect it’s beach sprinting and not track so it’s not as competitive. Not to sure of the times either since I’ve never seen. I feel like this is a little more weight lifting than I would do hardly ever on the track. Basically a fitness influencer.

If you don’t want to deal with harsh regrowth, you can get a root fade/melt when you get your toner done. You may already know about this though :)

I wore non-lifters for pulls because I would’ve had them supersetted with a plyometric, just saves time not having to change shoes every set :)
