Tight Canal Towing a 31' Tiara. Had to rely on my dock hands for this one!

    I’m sure the locals on that canal are bumping into each other constantly. If I were looking for a house on a canal it wouldn’t be on that one-

    Amazing docks are permitted to stick that far out in that canal.

      A couple people are saying they looked at at house for sale back there, and said no due to that.. Homeowner has to be a little ticked..

      Those deeds back there by Chapmans are very old . I surveyed a house in Jupiter that actually had an old boat ramp and the customer was very clear he wanted it surveyed as you could never get a permit to build one today .

      @@EdD-ym6le That sailboat property actually had an old boat ramp, I'm surprised they didn't fight to keep it.. I guess a workable area made more sense to them..

      @@CaptainRetriever They're rare . There's a house on Willow - B (yeah spelling) creek that had a good size ramp that was up for sale a couple years ago . They were launching a 25' CC from it .
