As much as I love Fox. His Norris definitely has an asterisk. The year he won it he only played against a hand full of teams. no Canadian or western team. top 4 yes. Hughes is overrated for sure.
Not that big of a deal, basically every defenseman on that list is arguably better than fox, or in makars case much better.
