Hi Carl, wow the whole of the Blackwater camp site all to yourself. It must have sounded or seemed quite eerie, But good on Nikki for keeping it open for you, Great Episode on a great Winter walk, Well done and great to see you back, All the best Andy
Hi Carl, am glad to see your content back up, your videos were a great help and inspiration in the planning of my own WHW which I completed at the beginning of October this year, I absolutely loved it. I was born in Scotland but moved away in my mid 20s, as I get older (54 now) I've felt drawn back home to have a proper look. Thank you
Good morning Pauline, thank you for the feedback. It's always great to hear the videos have been a help to people in planning their own adventures. Congratulations on completing the WHW. It's certainly something to be proud of and a fantastic experience that I'm sure will call you back at some time in the future. Thanks so much for watching and merry Xmas, Carl
Thank you Lucy! That's very kind of you! 😊As you can see I've reinstated some old favourites but hopefully some new stuff will be up soon. Thanks for your support! ❤️💪
Great series of the Way...really enjoyed them. I really wish they would use the path around Cow Hill at the end of the trail instead of cutting down onto the road in Glen Nevis as it would mean you would only have to walk along the main road for about 150 meters before turning off to the town centre. Beats me why they havnt made Cow Hill part of the trail.
Thanks Mark! Ive seen that alternate route in the trailblazer guide but never walked it although i have been up Cow hill while staying in fort william prior to doing the great glen way. Maybe i will give it a go on my next time round. Cheers, Carl
Thanks Jim. Will gradually trickle old content back on over Xmas and hope to have some new stuff out by the new year. Thanks as always for your continued support. Wishing you and Mrs B a very merry Christmas. 👍
Looking at doing the WHW in the next year, possibly solo for my 50 year. Of all the RUclips videos I've watched yours are the most detailed and informative so far.
@@narellezealey1049 Hello Narelle, Thank you so much for the positive comments. Very much appreciated. I would highly recommend you do it. I was 50 myself when I did it for the first time. I completed it for a sixth time in April this year taking a couple of lifelong friends along with me for their first time on the way. Glad you enjoyed the videos and that you've found them interesting !
Nice one Carl , really enjoyed your adventure mate . I’m currently offshore and I have just binged watched your 2 WHW trips over the last two days … Great stuff .. cheers Stevie (subscribed)
Absolutely! Made it a bit more of a challenge especially along the rolling terrain along the lochside north of inversnaid. Thanks for watching and commenting. 👍
