Fodimin Layton SS: Long game with tons of unique characters and twists such as Bowletta, Birdo’s voice and Hermie PiT: A game leading up to a huge twist BIS: The return of a character who’s developed, and grown into a villain, along with awakening a demon DTB: A game that creates a brand new alternate world PJB: a game where Luigi spills out another world and some guys team up. And Bowser’s actually gotten more individuality. From a vessel of Cackletta’s soul, to a vengeful form still with his own will, but EPS’ rage, to a playable character, to a double crosser to a guy who got two of him to team up.
This is how the Mario Bros found a mushroom Kingdom they were working on a pipe drain and then a secret portal opened up and took them to the mushroom Kingdom because why not
That end theory for Mario being a looser in real life who can't get out of his brother's shadow makes a lot of sense if you think about it. Maybe that's why Luigi is aleays portrayed as his coward sidekick at best, Mario's jealousy lead to him dreaming being superior to his brother to fulfil his real life wish to be better than him.

Okay hold up there's a few things that really bothered me on this. in BIS Fawful didn't get the Dark Star directly from Princess Peach, rather the Eldrich Starsprites sealed the Dark Star underground and sent it into a deep slumber. It can only be awakened using Princess Peach's power hence why Fawful stole her in the first place. In PiT the adult bros didn't just leave the baby bros in their respective timeline. They first discover that the Shroob's weakness is the baby bros tears and they all travel back to the adult bros timeline to make a formula to create a substitute for the baby bros tears in order to undo the damage the Shroobs have caused BEFORE sending the baby bros back to their respective timelines. I'm just correcting any mistakes, not hating on hard work. Lovely video though! The animation is really nice ❤

How can we be sure if this is a Mario and Luigi Game? Does the final fight somehow include Bowser, despite the far more interesting villian in the game? Yes. Then it is a Mario and Luigi game

They're similar, but the games have distinctions. Not the least of which is developer. Super Mario RPG is the only one developed by Square Enix.
