Larry, I am a Ugandan and once lived and even worked in Kenya way back. I must tell you that the first time I went to Nairobi(early 80s), I could not believe what I was see. Nairobi was and is still the most beautiful City in East Africa. Kampala was like a 'Village Town' back then. They even had 'Nyayo Buses' and regular KTC Buses which were very efficient and comfortable. To my Kenyan brother's and sister's, asante sana.🙏🏾
I was in Nairobi last October and I can testify that the place is so nice. I was quite impressed too. This is from a South African follower of your channel.
Sometimes the competition is good, if the EAC countries understand, then no one will like to see their country back down. Dar Es Salaam is also beautiful and since President Magufuli came to revolutionize development, Dar has been wearing a new dress every day. Nairobi has been developed for a long time. So let's not be jealous of each other, but let's all celebrate the development of our African countries. Viva Africa.
Nairobi is still and will always be the best city in Africa for me, not that I have been to most though. That said, Dar el Salam and Addis Ababa are developing at fast rate too. I enjoyed the tour very much and was so happy to see the clean streets, new buildings, and the well maintained older ones still standing!! The camera was steady and clear and you were well paced!
