I REGRET not doing this (this would have changed my career)

If someone had told me to do this when I was just stepping into my career, it would have changed everything! Make it a habit to record your milestones and track your progress and you're almost guaranteed to be so much more successful in your career.

Yes! Whenever a client gets a job, I remind them to do this and also suggest we do a check-in 1 to 3 months into their new role so that I can remind them again to start doing this.
I've also found that doing this can have a positive impact on my mindset. In school, the measurement of success might be to get an A in a class. But in the working world, it is (like you said) easy to get stuck in the day-to-day that a person can lose sight of the impact their work has. Great video!

we need to have this on stickies for a daily reminder! :)
