- A quick note on the title: I generally prefer to use the word “teammates” instead of “employees” but Jeremy the producer for the channel forced me to use “my employees” in the title so more people could see this video and be inspired to start a side hustle :).

Pretty awesome that you support side hustles as a business owner! Not to mention showcasing their side hustles on your channel to help them get some exposure is really pretty incredible. Keep up the great work Noah.
Make sure you protect your health for side hustle (and full time) energy!
Thank you 🙏🏻 🤩 I love my day job but building my side hustle is so important to me to . Thank you x
I got an idea for your next video!
Help one of your employees (or anyone who is procrastinating) start a side hustle in a weekend!
very inspiring and cool to hear about other's side hustles
This was great Noah. Thank you. Always solid tips.
Noah is the best! Been watching you for a while now! Keep up the great work!
More of THESE videos brother!! Less of the clickbaity stuff. Just you spitting your ridiculous amount of knowledge and insights. Absolute BANGER! I hope this one does well.
When Amy (flower arrangements for weddings) said that Covid wrecked her business, I immediately thought - why, just pivot to flower arrangements for funerals. Same service, different occasion. Sure, the themes would be darker and the marketing message would need to be adjusted but ppl still need flowers for funerals. There's your insurance policy for a possible doomsday scenario.
Great hat and shirt!!!
Oh and great content too, but that’s a given :)
It's weird how we've dressed up second jobs as "side hustles" to make it more appealing.
Yeah...is like side Hustle doesn't sound like "a second job"
There is a lot of difference between side hustle and a second job. A side hustle is a hobby, something you do passionately. Even if the side hustle doesnt generate income, lets say, for a year, you continue working on it.
On the contrary, a second job is something you do because you have some financial problems going on and the first job is not enough to cover the expenses.
You might work on a side hustle even if the first job pays you well.
Good on you, Noah!!
💥Full of value again noah thank you. I will try the side hustle a share my experience online all thanks to you ✅✅✅
Outstanding! And I'm not just talking about the Taco Derby shirt.

All of these stories are awesome and so inspiring. Hope more people see them and get motivated to try what they secretly always wanted to! Just start, you don't need to quit your job, just try something on the side and see how it goes. 😉
Very interesting and useful.👍

💯✅When you just remember Noah runs a business that makes $80 Million per year 😅🤫
Hey Noah! I'm trying to join the underdogs group but I haven't heard any response after filling out the Google form. Help??

Thank you, Uncle Noah; I needed to see this video to overcome my analysis paralysis; Permission Granted!!
*Jeff Bezos: Warren, your investing style is so simple. Why doesn’t everyone just copy you?*
*Warren Buffet: because nobody wants to get rich slowly*
Love from a small RUclipsr💙
Do people sell ebooks thru app sumo?
Thank you for the video. I'm making a career/life change in my mid-thirties. What do you think about Google's Data Analysis Certification program? Thanks.
I appreciate you a lot much more now Noah for putting a light on their side hustles 🙌✨
Thanks man. Really proud of the team.
I love this video, Noah! As a company founder and business leader, it’s amazing to see you celebrate and encourage your employee’s side hustles. Too often companies view side hustles as a negative thing and make employees feel bad about them or call them a conflict of interest. As someone with side hustles, I know it’s completely the opposite. When I find a company that celebrates my side hustles, I actually am so much more loyal and work so much harder for them. Companies that embrace your mentality will be the leaders in the future for sure! 👏
Noah is authentic than other RUclipsrs.
Uncle noah videos are amazing hahaha
This gives me ideas, hope, and motivation. I am ready to take action!!
Plot twist : Noah is checking which employees he will loose in the next few months
Hey Noah, absolutely LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!... I wish you could do a video on how you and your team/teams build the various API softwares that powers your present and past sites...The whole idea of ACTUALLY building API’s for a business is soooooo confusing to me... no matter how many vids I watch on the subject, I can’t find a video with practical common language explanation...smdh... it might be too time consuming for you to do, but it would be THE highlight of my RUclips experience!!
Nirvana - when your boss from your day job is proud of your side hustle even if it has NO upside for his business! Noah is one hell of a guy.
this is my side hustle
You’re like the dream boss, i’ll never have😔
Hello Noah
I’m 17, finna try this out

My network doesn’t want to help.
To be 1% u just need to do 1% more 😂

WhAT IF your about to hit 30 in a couple of years AND you don't think you are an expert in anything? How can i change my point of view? I know I am blind. I know I am not an expert, but love to do some things. The problem comes as to how monetize my hobbies/passion
You should become good at something and learn to sell your product/service/expertise.
If you are not a minimum quite good, nobody will want what you sell
I kinda understand. The problem in this case, should i become good at something casual? Should i learn how to monetize something i like? For example, i love reading mangas, i've read thousands of them. Should i learn how to monetize this passion by "advicing" people on what to read, or by selling books, which i find boring? I think the key may be in the answer
@@giandomenicomaggio4406 Do you really think that people will pay for that?
People will pay for their basic need, utility, saving time, saving money, earning more money, gaining status, remove a pain (physocal or emotionnal), increase their chance to meet a mate.
But i dont think that people will pay for advice about reading sorry :/ . You have a good list of what you can do now ;)
@@bossgd100 yup i know they won't. It was just an example due to reading not being a skill.
@@giandomenicomaggio4406 disagree. You CAN make money by talking about mangas you enjoy, you recommend, rare collections, etc.
Start a blog, a RUclips channel, grow your E-Mail list and you can monetize that with affiliate products (for example crunchy roll or business owners like ChefPK who created a manga style cook book and who might pay for a promotion, etc.)
This specifically isn’t something that I’d consider something that will create you substantial income fast but it’s a starting point.
And for someone like you, that’s the most important part from where I stand.
Do it. Start it. Learn how hard it is. Grow by the obstacles. Maybe give something up to take what you started and learn something new.
(A book that was surprisingly good on that topic that I’d recommend is „Think like an artist“ by Will Gompertz)
Best of luck and have fun.
