I actually created 3 different desk areas in my house for different areas of my life.
In this video, I walk you through what my home office setup looks like to hopefully inspire you with your own setup.

Epic work environment, indeed. Love the clean space, the less things to distract you, the better. Also I noticed the more organised everything around me is, the more organised my work process is. The studio is awesome. 🙂💯

I really like the minimalistic approach in your setups of 'nests' or zones. Setting up a work area that you are actually excited about to be productive makes all the sense in the world. Functionality and inspiration...Love it!

Thanks for taking us behind the scenes, Noah. I find it curious that you have different work zones: makes me think about some sort of Pavlovian effect and/or the changing environments to induce flow. Ps. small typo at 8:17
Love how much work you're shipping. Big fan -- keep going; your content genuinely helps my life. ❤️

Visually, we've actually gone polar opposites on many things. But for motivations/reasoning, we've got a lot more in common. I love what you're doing.

I like it. I work solely from home so that I can homeschool my kids. We are fortunate to live in a house that is big enough to have a quiet separate office space. They share a bedroom so that they can have a room solely for their toys outside of where they sleep. And, I made one of the rooms my dedicated office space so that I can shut the door when I'm done working and feel like I'm off. It's very similar in the minimalism and my whole house is slowly becoming that way. I've been gradually purging everything to make life simpler for us. I agree that less stuff means less distractions.

Great spaces Noah! It is wonderful to have different areas for different focuses and most people could move their laptop/tablet around with them to create that same type of feeling. My concern is...why are you drinking bottled water? I'm sure you could have filtered water and a lovely glass water bottle or drinking vessel to ritualize your water drinking like you do with your tea. Take care and keep up the good work and inspiring videos.

Awesome video. You make it clear that the tools you use are available for most people, but the ways in which you use them separate CEOs from non-CEOs.
Any chance to make a video (in detail) comparing a regular everyday person (9-5 work, not engaged, not working on side hustles) with the way you head into your day?

Ho! Hum! Another comment based on envy. I have known Mr. Kagan a very long time and he is as far from a snob as you are to nonjudgmental. Do you know Noah personally? Then how can you make such an ignorant comment. If Bill Gates were to show you his work space, and how to make home office and work space more efficient, would you think he was a snob? No, you would be grateful and appreciative for his knowledge and letting you in to his personal abode. What is wrong with you?
