It would be if the MP actually worked. You're lucky if you can play unmodded with only un-customized vanilla stuff. Playing with custom factions/ships or mods is a garantueed desynch.
My problem with GalCiv 4 and Sins 2 is that it seems Stardock has moved into doing sequels for a full AAA new game price, while having less features than the last game in the series, let alone any new real content. You are effectively paying $50 for a graphics update and a game beta Edit: well, at least sins has the new orbiting mechanic which is pretty cool, but still a good ways off for other feature parity.
Also, if you release a longplay of a full campaign, do consider putting it out around or a little after your target audience goes to sleep so you can accrue sleep views with it.
I know these aren't Pravus' type of videos, but I would love to see a tier list of the Stellaris DLC - or the DLC of other 4X games - so that we of the Cult of Pravus can best spend our Simoleons on the DLC the Lord Pravus deems worthy.
@@KleinesStein They generally have a strange look to them. Always some uncanny valley. It also feels like it takes away actual work and revenue from artists and coders who would make them in exchange for poorly made and mass produced art.
@@voxmaris42 ok so you would have a couple choices, either the game costs a fuckton so they can genuinely pay artists well for the art they’d have to create, they completely underpay and practically scam the artists to keep the game price down for the players, or they use AI art. They made the right choice all things considered. Plus it is literally an OPTIONAL part of the game. Nothing is forcing you to create your own race and use the art generator. I understand having an issue with AI art in the use of selling it as one’s own, but the devs literally own up to it and make it very explicit what it is used for. It is THE MOST LOGICAL choice the devs could’ve ever made for this specific case. That’s why I do not understand why it would sour it.
