The Heritage Trail ~ 3.25 km follow the funicular train route with 1300 stairs with multiple rest stops from the Lower Station to the Middle Station. You'll pass by the Middle Station, Claremont Station, and Viaduct Station. You may try several paths from Viaduct Station to Penang Hill. (Fast & easy way choose Path A).
I'm using the Heritage Trail, Lower Station to Penang Hill through Viaduct Station by path H and C with total all 5.36km for 3 hours 20min leisure hikes...
I'm heading to Penang now. Planning to go for the Heritage Trail. After watching your video, I know I won't be regret. Am so excited to look forward my hike. I'm a leisure hiker too 😂 Thanks for sharing!

Unfortunately, I got the wrong way... it took me nearly 3 hours and 45 min to reach the top 😢 I'm still trying to look back where is the junction that I get wrong 😅😅😅
Actually there is a pathway shorter to the top...
You should try Pathway A...to the top..the shorter way to Penang Hill...I just santai santai to walk more...Sorry if I miss lead you to walk.😂😂
One day I will go back to challenge myself again for the correct trail... 😂
How much one way down ticket costs
Yo, there's a promo for the Sunrise package for Malaysians right now. Before 9 am, it's only RM5 for a two-way trip. I got it and only used the one way down. The normal rate is RM8 one way.
