I did manage to get cover on cover on the day free specific cover and i use the back pen loop by putting the pen clip into the loop. Mine is the a6 version. Good luck!

I love my Ane pouch. I carry mine as a quick carry into grocery or any store, restaurant, post office, etc. I bought the same weeks as you. I wish they would come out with some of the nice patterns.
