Apparently, the Nhandu chromatus has been reclassified and is now known as the Vitalius chromatus, also you should start working with katydids because they’re cool

Gorgeous species, love them and have bred them multiple times as well. Even got one of my girls to double clutch. IMO, Sabah Red is closer to P. pennellhewlettorum than it is to Sabah Blue.

I have a 3yr old female Phormingochilus sp. Rufus that lives in a web tunnel under the substrate. From front to back and up the side of the cork 🤦🏻♀️🤷♀️ My Arboricola is still a juvie and has kept a burrow behind the cork. She’s absolutely stunning, think I need to add one.
Dave, you say all tarantulas are beautiful and often say many are one of your favourites, but Sabah Blues really are one of your favourites, aren't they?
A lot of people are afraid to give these larger spiders much space. nothing wrong with this setup, esp from a breeding standpoint, but a massive enclosure entices some amazing behaviors. Pokies in a 40 gallon can be very interesting to watch.
As stated this a maintenance size enclosure we breed them in bigger. 30x30x45 or larger for a display enclosure all depends on what we want to achieve 👍

She is a nice spider and very similar in shape banded legs ect to the Singapore blue also a very nice large spider. We have a Borneo black female very defensive spider for example if hovering near the enclosure she is likely to threat posture and if getting prey from the plastic tub’s as she felt the vibration she comes to inspect what’s going on followed by a threat posture. If rehousing her once she is away from her webbing it’s almost like she goes into hide mode. That said best not to let the guard with her she has fairly big fangs to

Where do you get these 20x20x30 glass enclosures with the extra door in front from? Mine have only access from the mesh top.I have 30x30 x30 and larger with an extra door but haven't seen one with a door that is 20x20x30.😳

No, but they are very very fast and defensive. Their venom is medically significant so you have to be careful!
