What a curios person by nature!! Perhaps a good trait inherited from her jouranlism career :) Or a something to get her into that from the get-go. Or BOTH :) Anywayyyy
@@pandconfid. She is an amazing communicator and talks a good game, but there is something missing. She is sharing her journey of hard work and entrepreneurship, but I am not sure there is tangible long term evidence of her multi million dollar success. Her mission is to help other people own homes. What tangible steps is she taking to make that mission come to fruition. She is intriguing and I have listened to her in many interviews, but I feel her comments are focused on getting rich, but again, I don’t see anything outside of RUclips highlighting any specific successes and everything about her success is coming from her mouth.
Two things that Codie says around 1:22:00 really changed my personal finance mindset: "The ROI of you is infinite. The ROI of an investment is capped." "You invest to beat inflation and prevent your money from getting eaten away; it's not going to make you rich unless you're actively involved." I need to be more open-minded about investing in my skill set. ❤ My money mentality from growing up in a single-parent household has made me apprehensive about investing in myself through online courses, certificates, etc. I want to become financially free, and at this current income and investing + savings rate (40-50% of gross), I will not be retirement ready until I am 120 years old 😳 I definitely need to boost my income and level up my skills.
The best investment one can do right now is investing on Forex trading though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to Forex, I've seen so much difference
Thank you both for being so honest. Great content. I took so many notes and immediately started to work on action that have the largest leverage towards where I want to get to.
I do get the sense that the leaving dead bodies comment is still relevant. She clealry stated she doesnt need to be nice. Shes hacked the system so so well and I respect that, but I would never want to work with her. I didnt get a feeling of genuineness in this interview, It was more like she wanted to portray a persona.
This is one of the best episodes of deep dive I’ve seen. As a female and as someone who works in academia and wishes it were much more of a meritocracy, I completely understand where she’s coming from. It’s infuriating to work harder than most and everyone at the end of the year gets the same merit raise because it’s only fair and the manager didn’t want to offend anyone.
I'll need help if I'm going to make it through this. The ETF and stock markets are still pretty volatile. What's left of my $370,000 portfolio now isn't looking good; how can I capitalize on the market?
Many people are still getting fantastic returns on their investments during this time. Simply maintain a strong sense of reality or ask for professional assistance.
I made more than $320,000, showing that there are more components of the market than the ordinary person is aware of. Having a financial consultant is currently the recommended course of action, especially for people nearing retirement.
Thanks for this both of you. I’m still learning about business 🙂 Sounds like struggles need to be interesting, fun, and challenging. + better to spend on resources, education, access rather than on an index fund when your still trying increase your earnings.

This the first episode of your podcast that I have watched, and I must say it's very educative and I hope I get the opportunity to apply this things
21:44
Main points so far:
If wanting to go into field of business or attempt a startup, learn on someone else’s dime, internship or apprenticeship, get a salary where you won’t be jeopardized and can learn freely
you're off to a great start for me being inspired and changing my life for the better bc of you! :) This episode has definitely triggered a chain of events in me.
Hello, I just watch this interview and I will remember this name, Codie Sanchez.
Wow.
The speed at which your brain is processing to be at the same time empathic, touching, funny and interesting is fabulously fast.
Your brain is so admirable. I want to put as much effort to grow with the same mindset as you, this interview was really inspiring for me.
Thank you !
This girl is awesome. Great podcast guys ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽
So so good. Watched/Listened starlight and learned a lot. Mahalo (thank you) for having Cody as your guest - great discussion - Mahalo to you as well.
Very insightful, and loved both the quote from Dune and that Codie quotes from Dune - thank you for sharing 🙏
I love the eulogy discussion. Great interview. I am a huge fan of both!
What a magnificent mind! Part two needed!
Watching this for the second time. She’s awesome.
Gary Player often had the comment said to him is that you are so lucky.
His famous reply was.
The harder i work and train the luckier i get.
Loved it! Please do part 2!
I like her.
I also get the sense that she’d leave bodies behind her to get ahead.
Exactly. When she said that, I thought you'd definitely do that
@@arpitshrmah Well, she apparently ditched her marriage because Dallas wasn't a big enough city for her to create an international business in. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I mean, Warren Buffett did it from Omaha before the Internet. But what would he know, eh?
💯
Codie Sanchez is brilliant in general. But in this episode - wow! Very much recommend this video.
17:04 At this point I am totally totally totally in awe of Codie's personality - gosh such an interesting bold intelligent human being!!!!!
33:13 and WHATTTT? Did she just ASK Ally to share his views & experience? I listened to a tons of podcasts and I could barely recall if I ever heard someone doing this to the host. What a curios person by nature!! Perhaps a good trait inherited from her jouranlism career :) Or a something to get her into that from the get-go. Or BOTH :) Anywayyyy
Do you not realize that she is a scammer making up accomplishments without proof so you buy her overpriced courses which is her income?
@@pandconfid. She is an amazing communicator and talks a good game, but there is something missing. She is sharing her journey of hard work and entrepreneurship, but I am not sure there is tangible long term evidence of her multi million dollar success. Her mission is to help other people own homes. What tangible steps is she taking to make that mission come to fruition.
She is intriguing and I have listened to her in many interviews, but I feel her comments are focused on getting rich, but again, I don’t see anything outside of RUclips highlighting any specific successes and everything about her success is coming from her mouth.
"Invest in skills first, THEN invest in stock market." Skills = higher ROI. Got it now! :)
Two things that Codie says around 1:22:00 really changed my personal finance mindset:
"The ROI of you is infinite. The ROI of an investment is capped."
"You invest to beat inflation and prevent your money from getting eaten away; it's not going to make you rich unless you're actively involved."
I need to be more open-minded about investing in my skill set.
There's a favourable forex rise in profit, This will be the best time to invest in forex based on current status
I have been making a lot profit through forex trading which has been the main source of my income
@HamanJack Actually an expert broker handles my forex investments while I invest in some real estate with the profit I make
@@christopherdench1422 sounds great! please I will appreciate your assistance on how to go about it, who's your broker and how good is your broker
@@willianbit3597 frank kafeman handles my investment portfolio, he's an expert when it comes to trading forex.
I love this woman
You’re both such a contribution to us all! Thank you. 🙌
Thank you both for being so honest. Great content. I took so many notes and immediately started to work on action that have the largest leverage towards where I want to get to.
Hey! I've assembled self-help therapy guidance based on credible sources (link in the bio). I appreciate your feedback! 😊
Very honest very upfront very articulate and goal-oriented She knows what she wants 😊
Recommend looking up „david barnett codie sanchez“ where he analyses one of her laundry deals…
thank you; just looked it up. will tune into it
Codie Sanchez for president!
This is so incredible. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you!!! ❤
Loved the question about the importance of being nice and their perspectives.
I loved this interview. Codie provided great advice to those trying to navigate the workplace or establish their own.
Wow - what a great pod, watched it otw to work and back. Made a terrible rush hour much better!
That does make a lot of sense, good for you though, unlike us, you seem to have the Market figured out. Who is this consultant?
I simply mimic the trades of *SHARON LOUISE COUNT* a Financial consultant I watched on Bloomberg Business News.
I Found her webpage by looking up her name on my browser. She seems very proficient, we scheduled a call.
This episode was quite enjoyable, Codie really did a commendable job. Ali, I appreciate your choice in bringing her onto the show.
I cracked up when Codie described Alex Homozi in 3 seconds, because it's true and I like his content too 😆
What a beautiful combination of two of my best RUclips peoples 😍
Thanks for this both of you. I’m still learning about business 🙂
Sounds like struggles need to be interesting, fun, and challenging.
+ better to spend on resources, education, access rather than on an index fund when your still trying increase your earnings.
Great inteview. Happy on how she made her way to what she is today bu thinking differently and seeing opportunities.
Wow. I really impressed with this episode & and the guest! I think its one of the most valuable things I watched on you channel so far!
Thank you, Ali.❤
I love this episode, learnt a lot thank you so much🙏🏻
I knew I clicked with Codie since I found her on RUclips, but this was SO MUCH BETTER than I expected - especially her zero-victim mode when talking about being a woman. YES YES YES!
A lot of value from this video and my second video hearing Codie's wisdom and mindset.
Sidenote: no trading 212 in the North America region :(
Regarding the Tombstone concept, I borrow from wise words of a mentor once, I want to be remembered for the fact that people are better off because I've lived, in other words, I've positively impacted others and added value to their lives both faith/Spiritually and wholistically.
Love this interview.
I love this Video! So Inspirational! Thanks for sharing!
Wow. Instead of starting business am going to buy boring ones. Thanks Sanchez
I think struggling for what you believe in is happiness. If you don't believe in it, then it doesn't do much for you. This includes struggling toward familial happiness/happiness with friends
Good job challenging hustleculture views with grace and respect. This way there's more discourse from it and more value for evearyon. Bravo 👏
Love Codie! Such a brilliant human
🙌👏👏👏 this was phenomenal! Her mindset is amazing and you did such a great job bringing the best out
Human trafficking, especially in regards to children, is finally starting to get the attention it needs...there are a LOT of sick people in this world...
You are So awesome! We appreciate the content you put out that comes with great knowledge and life changing messages 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thanks once again for getting great amazing people to share these success tips with us.
