At the risk of sounding like a maniac… I could watch a shirtless gymnast or athlete for hours.
Not for weird reasons, it’s just super interesting watching all the different muscle groups activate. As they do a certain movement you can see the arms, then shoulders, then back… etc.
It’s so cool seeing the human anatomy in action doing cool stuff.
I never really noticed that before now.. I might look at some calisthenics videos or something and see what that’s like. It’s crazy to me that we have hundreds of muscle groups and it takes so many different muscles to do seemingly simple movements and complex movements can use hundreds of muscles at once.

@@robertm6597 you wear masks during exercise to increase stamina, the same way you close your mouth and breathe through your nose while you train for endurance running. :) please use your brain and do more research.
Here is a snippet if you are lazy to do even that
"recent researches have indicated that wearing face mask during conducting a normal exercise does not enhance athletic performance. Instead, it helps strengthening the respiratory musculature by making it work harder, resulting in improved endurance capacity in well-trained athletes."
That's why Nike and reebok have had their own branded Masks since so many years on their website

Gymnasts and swimmers bodies are the best looking bodies vs bodybuilders. Looks natural and proportion to the entire body.
