Making MY OWN Christmas Cards - 3 Years, 3 Cards

- Sometimes I make art and forget to show y'all... I've been making my own Christmas cards for three years now and figured it was time to finally share the process with all of you.
I'm not sure I want to share which company I print with because they mailed me a misprinted card... TWICE... this year... which made my cards super late! ahem I'm not bitter at all. (I am.)

It must have been so funny for Dave’s family to get flashed by a Christmas card.
I love how different these designs all are! Though I think the gingerbread one is still my favourite ❤❤
Those are so cute. I love making my own Christmas cards, have been for almost 15 years now, and still haven't found a good way to print them
These are all really good! I think my favorite is the first one. I really like the blend of your cartoony art style with the realistic shadows, something about it looks so good to me.
Hullo Kasey, I have been watching and enjoying your artworks for years now and I simply wish you to know that I truly appreciate you, your art and your humor too! I would like to point out that some of your most successful or long-term ideas that continue to feed your creative stream have come from your 500 prompt book! No, I know I haven’t even participated in the prompt celebration or made my own art from your prompt book. I truly believe that if you are feeling boxed in or somewhat drained of ideas go back and start the regular regimen of prompt videos! You have said they are not your most popular videos, yet I cannot help but remember they have been the launching pad for so many wonderful ideas that you have taken off and ran with over the years! It is very true that it is usual for people to send family related cards, in fact the first Christmas card sent, was a portrait of a family
I treasure my last couple cards, can't wait for the latest one! Also it took me awhile to notice the pp on the first one (hahaha)
These are so funny. It be a joke card and something fun to laugh at especially if you don't like someone in your family.

Now I'm picturing it - Dave, the misfit son of these strict, rich, prim-and-proper parents.
He always wore a tuxedo to school, but he just wanted to be a normal kid. He'd wear casual clothes under that tuxedo to fool his mother. Everybody within his family always called him David, but his friends at school just called him Dave.
Then one day, he made an online friend from the US - her name was Kasey, and she had just as crazy of a brain as he. Then their friendship turned into something more, and look where we are today!

PS: In South Africa, “shame” is used as an expression of sympathy. It is not a word we shout at people while ringing a bell and forcing them to walk through a crowd naked ❤️
