    I have noticed new colors for spring and summer:
    Neons like lime, orange, and coral colors.
    My fav clothing style is western boho or Gypsy cowgirl! Jeans or shorts with lacy kimonos and layers like you talked about, boots or tennis shoes. Lots of big jewelry!!!

    I love your videos. I’m new to eBay selling because I recently retired and I’m trying to supplement my income. Your videos help me determine what brands sell best. And I agree with a previous commenter, Frizzy, you are super cool. 😎
    On your drama customer situation, I would’ve handled it a bit differently. Just because the person used all caps does not necessarily mean they were yelling. I’ve seen older people type this way not understanding that all caps means something negative. I would’ve responded to the message and said “ due to a high volume of sales, our typical turnaround time is up to three days as stated on the listing. I apologize this did not meet your expectations. Should you still want the order I can ship tomorrow otherwise you can cancel if you wish. Thank you for shopping with us..”. No way they could’ve left you negative feedback after that.
    I’m not implying you handled it incorrectly at all, just that it could’ve been a customer that would repeat purchase. 😊Sorry, retired Customer Service manager for a utility. 😂

      Love the feedback. Guess we hadn’t had our coffee yet. We’ve had a couple over the tops lately so they may have felt the brunt of our frustration.

    Simplest thing to do is for every sale copy & paste a quick message thanking them for purchase and stating the terms. This should be something the points of sale have in place under automation. Someone buys they get an automated message confirming the purchase that has seller notation within it, its a no brainer.

    I would have done the same. You are absolutely right eBay in my experience will not change feedback even if they know the seller is right. I even had a person leave me a negative feedback and in the feedback they stated this is not a negative on the seller but he was doing it because cause of eBay. I did not accept a return and they felt eBay should have sided with them hence the negative against eBay which in the end was against me. Sorry for my rant. Great content as always.

      Thanks for sharing. That’s frustrating. It can really be discouraging, especially when eBay is making feedback scores more noticeable. Not to mention 1 negative drops you percentage point but 100 positives won’t move you .1%

    Oh come on Ebay. I would have cancelled the entire order too. Ebay should be for the seller and buyer and never stray from supporting you. You did nothing wrong and you do great work and work hard. I LOVE your channel and have found good items at the Thrifts in Philly because of your hard work!     Yes, I would have cancelled but then doesn't that hurt your Top Seller status for cancelling an order?

      It does, but since our sales volume is high on eBay our seller level status goes by 90 days v. 12 months. Since this is a rare occurrence it was worth the ding. Like we said in the video, it may not be the correct “business” response but not going to even deal with messages/buyers like that.

      Aww, Thank You 💁🏼‍♀️ A lot of our family and friends know what we do so they give us their stuff they don’t want to deal with. Some is trash, but sometimes there are treasures.

      @@frizzysfinds I am using Flyp and have been for a long time. It is now $9 a month which is fine but it has some glitches I wish they'd fix.

    Totally would've canceled. I would've been a little more diplomatic in my response but yeah that message was a major red flag. You did the smart thing in canceling. Ain't nobody got time for customers with that attitude.
