Mobile heavy bag stand (old version)

Working a boxing bag at home can cause embarrassing low frequency noise in the house. Therefore I needed an alternative. Finally, I built the mobile boxing stand you can see in this (and other youtube-) video(s). The only painstaking work is to bury a ground anchor. The rest is dead simple and the stand is mounted within a minute.

Are the beams made of steel?

Hi, no, the beams are simple pine. The next time I would choose them a little bit stronger. I think, they are 5x5 centimeter now, perhaps 7,4x7,4 would be more appropriate.
