22:17 thats hilarious, I remember doing that shit in college 😂 your energy and affirmations today have been needed after a really hard conversation and some boundary setting that was years overdue with a larger community
last night i experienced ‘waking nightmares’ for the first time in 3 years- like you said, too many unknowns and not enough resources + deeply resonant foresight can make you feel a little loco 😖
alsooo I didn’t forget about my email! it’s not that time yet though, my body knows what stability it needs to experience before truly being able to express itself… and on that note I am SO happy to hear about the energy you released this morning!!
on holistic healing through energetic release: i’ve found that gentle stretching or massage (@ any part of your body, even fingers/wrists/toes/ankles as a lower effort movement) helps to move subconscious energy to our present awareness 🌻☀️ keep going :) I personally think we’re all doing great- the best with what we can.
