Right... Thanks for this. My wife ankle got injured and it took long to heal. I told her not she didn't understand. I told her icing and rest is best. When she walked more, next day the pain came back. So it took 2 months to heal. Thanks for this

Brisk walk can cause pain ,,, if u walk normaly … with 5km/h speed … u can walk 10 km in one go without pain .. while walking ur heart rate increase to 120 - 140 bpm .. it reduces cholestrol , triglycerides ,, fast pumping cause good blood circulation, just make sure u r not walking fast ,,, wear proper shoes with healthy cushioning and walk in a pollution free environment..

I usually don't walk too much daily. My average is 3k-4k. But I remember one day when I had to visit my friend. We decided to visit his city which included a lot of walking. That day I walked arround 15k steps which was almost 4 times of my daily average. Next day I had so much severe pain in my foot that couldn't even walk 2 steps. I had never experienced such pain before. From that day I decided never to push my walking limits this much.
It just hurts in beginning after that the pain disappers

Thanks from my whole heart for making this video.I have flat feet and with that said without much walking, standing and doing work only for long duration makes my ankle swell normally and pains a lot. I would request to pls come with a video for us as i tried insoles also but that was of not much help.
