yo skies, if you throw a splash potion of swiftness on a horse, it's baby retains that swiftness buff permanently. You can do this for generations to get some crazy fast horses or even donkeys or mules.
I knew someone would mention this 😂

You can find giant veins of calcite stone in some mountains; if you look at them through the spyglass, it will show up as a big white streak on the mountainside. And Skyes, have you considered using an expanded map of your build, to see an overhead view, and help with visualizing your schematics?

I think it would be cool to see a giant custom tree with a gaint stable and farms hidden in the leaves. I feel like you have enough wood to do it! Just a suggestion though, I love this series!❤

Fun fact, Saddles can actually be bought from Leatherworker villagers. So having one of them would be helpful.
Skyes, fortune and silk touch cannot be in the same tool thats why when you mixed the books together fortune did not appear. You'd have to do it with another axe.
You can give them the speed 2 effect and breed them, then the kid will have the speed efffect without needing a potion and you can stack it multiple times as far as i know.
Edit: im not sure what the limit of stacking the speed is, but im pretty sure you can go faster than "the max"

Fun fact, that iron you found 32:50 is actually a vein, it’s an actual structure, there’s a lot more, but veins can only contain only copper or only iron, so if you find a bunch of tuff blocks and iron ore, or a bunch of granite and copper ore, then congrats! You found an ore vein!

I think you can find calcite veins in stone mountain areas, I could be wrong but I came across a huge path of just calcite in the mountains and never found one again...

Now that tuff has more variants, it is a good building block. Also, love building with deepslate.
You should go find a cherry grove so you have access to cherry wood.

According to the Minecraft wiki, spawned donkeys have a movement speed of 7 blocks a second. The bred donkeys have the same min & max speed as horses.
Yes, 'soften' the terrain but don't flatten it.

hey skyes, it's not the most efficient thing ever but you could level up a cleric and buy bottles o' enchanting for some extra xp.
In the courtyard it would be cool if you added a statue that has water elements to it, like if you made a statue of you made a statue of yourself that was holding a cup that overflowed or something.

Having fortune on a hoe increases drops when you break leaves, but I doubt that extends to the tree chopping mod you have.

I know you don’t like block pallets, but I do. The reason I like them is because they force you to Big difference, shapes and sizes of different things because they will look the same If you’re not creative with the limited colors.
In regards to the whole elytra thing, I do think getting one is okay just like, not a main goal so it happens whenever you feel most comfortable

If you don't want to kill the flagman, you can let his men kill him by making sure he is always between you and his men. That way, the flagman will receive the arrows, die, and it won't be your fault

I know I am very late but I have an idea for the big structure near the mine. If you see this you should make a giant medieval city with a massive stone brick circle tower thing that is flat on top with a castle and church and that would be the rich people area we’re you could have a massive storage area. Idk it is just an idea I think it could be really cool so if you do see this please consider it. Have a nice day skyes :)

Tip for lurkers, fastest way to a great mule is to breed donkeys, not horses! Altho all donkeys spawn with the same speed and jump, they use the same breeding mechanic as horses. Ie, it uses the parents plus a random HORSE. So donkey babies improve very fast. Then you can use the best donkey baby as your "mule", or breed it to the best horse you can find to get an actual mule.
In other words, don't waste your time breeding for a great horse. Breed a great donkey then breed it with the best wild horse. Another tip, prioritize JUMP, not speed. A mule with great jump means much easier travel thru mountains/rivers, and you don't want him to be too fast otherwise you increase the risk of running into holes/ravine that you don't see in time to avoid! ~11 speed is ideal, not more then 12 imo, with as much health and jump as you can!

If your having trouble with your farms you should know that spawn chunks (the chunks that you spawned in when you started the world) are always loaded in so they're perfect for important farms like iron, mob & bamboo farms you just gotta remember to check in every once in a while to make sure it's not overloaded with items lmao
An entire episode mostly complaining that he can only travel at least 1000 blocks a minute, I love this guy
To think, Skyes seems to have forgotten that you can get sticks from bamboo very easily and faster than trees.

I think what you found for speed stats of donkeys being 7ish was natural spawn speed. It's been a while, but what I remember is that bred donkeys can be as fast as bred horses, both maxing around 14.5. And the mule speed ends up being roughly average speed of the donkey and horse. Also, while I know you aren't really caring much for jump and health, the more inbreeding you do with both the donkey and horse, the higher both of these stats should get as well. So maybe what you do is every episode you do a little more breeding till you get to like ep 8 or 9...
Is this building for all villager trades? What might be fun is different buildings for each different villager trade. You could make this be a grand university/library type theme for all your librarians and could even add a library wing with extra books of each trade, plus add in like a wing for a lab or telescope or something scholarly... Could also add classrooms/dorm which is where you live villagers roam
Skies my beloved (ok that was weird... anyway) have you ever heard of the mod WTHIT? It allows you to see which mob is in front of you as well as some properties (In case of horses, speed and jump, and in case of pets, the owner). It's a really awesome mod!

You should name the mule Lightning because it matches with Sky and Cloud ideas that you came up with in ep.3
1. Skyes I am sorry to say this but infinity is better and more efficient than mending because arrows are a pain to collect
2. also if you get a carpenter Villager which you get with a loom you can sell red dye which you can easily get from your iron farm
3. The only way to get calcite is in amethyst geodes and it rarely spawns in a specific mountain biome which I don’t know the name of
