Wood turning: Can I make an avocado on the wood lathe?

Woodturning multi axis with different jigs on the wood lathe. Woodturning an avocado this time. I use a few simple jigs for the wood lathe in this project. A jig to turn perfect spheres and one jig to turn multi axis. Really cool project. For this woodturning video i used all the tricks I know. It turned out great and would be a great homemade gift, but this one will be a decoration for my kitchen.
I bought a microphone so I could explain the process along the way, hope it´s useful.
I would love for this to be a challenge to other woodturners, to make their own avocados. Find a different way to pull it off, or to add to this process and design. It would be really cool to see your take on the wooden avocado :)

Looks great! I might try making one with Lignum Vitae, as it can turn very green in color and really look like the flesh of the avocado. Beautiful work!
