@@MynameisCharlie By the way, that episode is actually just the review section of the actual movie, with the rest of the movie missing. So if you just watch the movie you get the movie AND what ends up being episode 120 at the end.

Yeah, I thought as much, checked out the next episode, and it was different from what I was expecting, I went back to check the video, and read the end, it said: to be continued... In angry video game nerd: the movie, but thankfully, we get to see a little of it on *E.T. Atari 2600 - Episode 120* 😁👍

It was bad, but it really didn't cause the crash. The crash happened because the market became oversaturated. People got sick of all of these clone consoles and ultimately didn't buy them. Nintendo had to advertise the R.O.B just to get people to buy the NES.

"How bad is it? Certainly it can't be that bad, right?"
Bad enough to be a catalyst for the infamous "Video Game Crash of '83" Yes, that bad!
Lol, now I really want to see it, unfortunately, I have to wait until episode 120 For E.T. Atari 2600 😁👍

In the last few seconds of the video, it says "in Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie" or something like that. He reviews the game in his movie.

7:54 Rest in Peace to robin Williams and those who died.
Yeah, I Miss Robin Williams, 😌
@@MynameisCharlie Same.
Jaws on NES is classic Pokemon in a nutshell.
I'm so glad I found your channel you're amazing Charlie!
Thank you, I'm glad your enjoying my content, ^_^
i had just now discovered his channel and i'm glad i did because i've never seen anybody react to the nerd's videos before, so that was pretty cool.
It's one thing to make a bad game but it's another story to make one that nearly ended the gaming industry. And that's what ET did.😭😭😭
1:32 My mom watched Jaws when it came out back in 1975, but she never played the game based on it.
Count her lucky stars... 😂
From what I've heard the et game was so bad not only Atari was bankrupt but the game was so bad they literally buried the copies in a Mexico landfill

ET is widely regarded as the worst game of all time. It almost single handily caused the video game crash of ‘83
Yeah, I heard it was that bad, shocking,

With games like Plumbers Don’t Wear Ties and Dark Castle or Action 52, that’s debatable

I will admit Jaws is one of the BETTER LJN games. I know that isn’t saying much but still. Also Hook is an underrated classic movie IMO.
not only did he review it in the movie but this game of E.T. on Atari was so bad that copies of it were buried. I shit you not.

i cant watch your reaction to the E.T. video cos its blocked for some reason in my country along with a few of your videos :(
the SNES version of Hook is better than the NES one.
Nice
Thanks,
Have you watched the avgn movie cause I have
Nope, Not Yet, but i'm planning to, 😁🤞
@@MynameisCharlie The movie wasn't very good. The E.T. review at the end was the only good part.
