Great work. Loved your videos. One suggestion.. please use a concrete vibrator (its up to you) to the concrete columns and other stuff. It will give great finish.

We tried "vibrating" with a stick and rebar piece by hand, but obviously that's not as good as a concrete vibrator. Most of the piers are underground so we are ok with not as smooth finish.

The work that you’ve accomplished is amazing. I can’t imagine what it would have cost using contractors 😳

I was surprised at what a difference the skirting around the RV makes.😮

It really does. Even in the coldest of the winter days (like 10F) it barely got below freezing.

So much hard work! No wonder you don't need a gym. :D It's really exciting to see things develop. And know that YOU did the work, you KNOW where the systems are and how to maintain them well.

Yup, knowing how everything works and knowing how to fix it if it ever breaks is invaluable!

At 6 min in....next time, drive the plate packer out of the trench before shutting it down. I hate to see you work that hard to drag it out. If YOU don't work smart, you will pay for it later in life. (An Old Guy)
