Great lesson. Does it make sense to counter attack with opposition in this scenarios or it's better to win some extra distance and just put it straight? Thanks for new video

If you CAN'T get out then opposition into the body would be a good option
But if you CAN get out then you'll never get hit. In this lesson we worked on getting out on purpose
