How is it so fast? I have to wait like 30 seconds to see any change on my viewer

For me, everything is real time in Blender 4 except for the Denoise node. Try to remove Denoise, then put it back at the end when you're done.

impressive but honestly compositing in blender is just miles harder than doing it in ps

You wouldnt really compare Photoshop to Blender.
Blender is a free and open-source 3D software used for creating animated films, visual effects, art, 3D-printed models, motion graphics, interactive 3D applications, virtual reality and video games.
Photoshop is an image editing software that costs £20 per month to use.

You probably mean Node vs. Layers. Photoshop is a 2d and Blender is a 3d program, for editing only images, it is certainly easier to work in layers, but when it comes to animations, nodes provide much more possibilities.
In order to even have an image that you can edit in photoshop, you first need to build it in a program like Blender (or take a photo of it), that's why it's not comparable.
Photoshop, as much as it has many options, is a very small program compared to Blender.

You should use .Exr 16 half float with dwaa compression instead of png. Using png you are loosing waaay to much information.
