It's a syphon coffee maker. I've never used one, but supposedly they're among the best devices for making coffee that preserves as much of the flavor/aroma/natural oils from the coffee beans as possible. I have not, however, ever heard of anyone making a broth with one! haha

Doctors/ scientists have already agreed f you took a cave man whos "average" life span was 30-35 years and you have him daily portions of what we ate today and gave it to them they would live just as long as us. No one has found the "perfect" path to our longest life span yet. Many many people have lived up to 120 and past. (Yes, genetics due play a part also). Also, do not forget we are a young species.
It really isn’t mate. If you were actually watching the video, you would see that he just ground up some meat and fish and shoved it in a steamer. It would taste like unseasoned, boiled chicken breast that you chewed into a paste and regurgitated.

I used chicken instead of rice so this is technically not sushi but they liked chicken better so I guess it worked out. lol For instructions turn on the English captions. Also, the tool I used to make the broth is a coffee siphon(amzn.to/2upa5x7). Jun, as someone who just adopted two darling kittens with a difficult history, I would dearly love it if you might consider posting a video about how you've raised your incredible cat family! They're so polite, happy and inquisitive. The difference between early Poki videos and now is just....WOW. Every time we cook or prepare a meal we allow our boys to sit and sniff the ingredients. If asked why, we always say, "It is their right." This has become an often repeated phrase within our household!

I used chicken instead of rice so this is technically not sushi but they liked chicken better so I guess it worked out. lol
For instructions turn on the English captions. Also, the tool I used to make the broth is a coffee siphon(amzn.to/2upa5x7). Jun, as someone who just adopted two darling kittens with a difficult history, I would dearly love it if you might consider posting a video about how you've raised your incredible cat family! They're so polite, happy and inquisitive. The difference between early Poki videos and now is just....WOW. Every time we cook or prepare a meal we allow our boys to sit and sniff the ingredients. If asked why, we always say, "It is their right." This has become an often repeated phrase within our household!
