just dropped like 120 more summons into togas banner (I got her early early at like 30-40) but I wanted red dabi or ANY other skillset (I was summoning for dabi not toga but got "lucky"?) so I'm ticket banning myself from using them until either I'm sitting at a double pity amount or until tamaki/suneater comes out GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE SUMMONING!

That's exactly what happened to me with getting Toga's Quirk-Skill-Set (Getting her on 40th ticket). My last Skill-Set is Assault Shiggy, and I barely have costumes for other characters, like the only reason I'm summoning on Toga's banner in the first place is to get Ochaco's Kunorichi outfit, but still don't have it, which is pissing me off. So, I'm doing the same of just saving up my tickets.
We might be getting scans or something soon, but I doubt we’ll be getting a decent patch

It takes 3 seasons for a character to be on the ticket. So Hawks, for example (as well as Mic) will be on the ticket in season 10.
