The stun wasn't even the problem for me lol, it's just that the gamma hitbox is too big, or it hits you if you're in the way before it's even activated (like as in you can see it) sometimes

I was trying to learn Todoroki before console's auto-aim got changed this season and I definitely think he's in a good spot. Good range, good damage, and he even has answers for when people try to get to close to him. The damage on his beta always catches me off guard whenever I make the mistake of getting too close

As a soso Shoto main, i think hes B tier. He has no vertical movement, the worst special action, they nerfed his alpha shot speed and damage, and still nerfed his gamma this update. I only enjoy the gamma at lvl 9 now which is fine i guess but a lot tougher to land. He's also not good for escaping from beamers. I still enjoy playing him tho, but the butchered stun is all he has now. Hope u get to a better place with the health stuff bubble
I was the Dabi at the end circle that you murdered LOL I didnt know it was you until the victory screen and when i tell you i squealed like a fangirl! I was like yay imma be in a video getting my ass whipped!
His special action in the beta was so much better. Tbh at flamethrower did chip damage, but it had a decent range and was useful. If I could pick though. It would be cool if he could touch an enemy and freeze them similar to how in the anime during the tournament when Todoroki touched Iida’s engines to freeze them. It could maybe work like Shigaraki’s special action, but he freezes them.

Am i the only one that still struggles to stun people with his Beta? I would stand still and it would just force me to move around with ice anyway. How do i stop it?? 😭
Huh that's weird. If you don't move a direction with your left stick / WASD Keys you should just shoot the ice without moving with it. Hopefully it starts to work soon

Todoroki is fine, he just needs an actual useful "Special Action" to be viable.
Otherwise most people will just pass on him.
