Thank you! This was a really important one for me to get done! I knew the steering was rubbing but it wasn’t until I really looked closely at it that I realized it was actually bent!
Love my flip kit. Went with all synergy and I can go 90 MPH down the highway with 0 vibration and it’s straight. Not that I do that often. lol good parts done right matter 👍
As a fellow Jeep collector I have to say love that I found your Chanel! Keep up the good work! I’ll be adding another Jeep to my collection by the end be of February but after that I’ll be looking for a CJ-7
Oh awesome! I have a video publishing tomorrow morning unveiling the 4th Jeep and the mystery Jeep should be unveiled soon. We obviously have a problem 😂
Thanks so much! I think I’m just going to run the ox covers now. I didn’t know the front end had a locker in it, so ox was my plan! Maybe I’ll upgrade them in the future though. I try to plan ahead if I can!
Maybe it’s just the angle of video, but it looks like that stock Pitman arm puts the drag link so far back that the tie rod is going to hit it when the driver side wheel articulates up. You notice any problems with that?
I totally had that same thought! So far so good though. I don’t have any parts touching and at this point, I’ve worked that front suspension as much as I can.
@@CRAWLTV Thanks! I'm looking to do the same upgrade. However, I just want to make sure you haven't noted any binding when off road/crawling. I'm also going to upgrade my steering gear box mount and am wondering if I should move the steering gear box up 1.25 inches.
That’s a valid concern. I know my CJ has an aftermarket steering box mount on it, but I’m not sure who makes it. The box is definitely relocated though, which could be preventing some interference between the pitman arm and steering
That absolutely changes everything and looks 👍 great
Totally agree!
You sure are banging these projects out. You go man!
Awesome job! Love the scenery, beats my tiny ass garage with no room to move. And that 4k quality 🤌
Nothing beats working directly in the dirt 😂
@@CRAWLTV sometimes I kinda miss the old ways. Lol
Definitly worth the $200 for the kit. Keep pumping out the content!
I totally agree! $18 per taper is reasonable. I think the reamer was a bit overpriced. BUT, the benefits of this kit make it worth it.
Great job on a much needed modification!!!

I had the synergy flip kit in the JKU and it was 🤌

Just installed OX manual cable lockers on my xj and you are going to love those things my man!!! Awesome video!!

You have an amazing delivery style
Thank you! I’m no expert but I do my best.
Awesome job!👍👍👍👍
Thanks!
Interwebs expert here, but a old log truck driver taught me when l got my first jeep use the hammer whack on pitmans and tie-rods ends…
You are really getting after it.
Trying to! We have four Jeeps to build 😂
@@CRAWLTV should be very informative.
Your great at explaining your installation process . Great video again and I'm so glad your back my friend. Looking forward to your next video .
Thank you! It’s great to be back. The next video is a fun one!

@@CRAWLTV If it does have contact, M.O.R.E. sells a HD steering gear mount that moves the box forward 1 inch specifically for this issue.
Who makes the pitman arm you replaced the drop arm?
It’s a stock pitman arm. I think I bought it on Amazon through Crown Parts

Use a punch to knock the tie rod ends out without damage, trim your U bolts!
Great tips! And I’ll get those things shaved up for sure.
Can you ream me next pls?
