Thank you for being goofy... Most videos seem to be regular footed... I'm in the process of trying to learn the back roll this session. I'm an old man and I'm getting pretty beat up on this one ... Steady fighting through the fear... The boat driver coming off the throttle sounds like a good idea for this old dog. Cheers mate
+Kade Young Thanks so much Kade! I'm stoked about that. I literally launched a new site to help coach people online. You might find it useful www.docwake.com :) :) Thanks for watching bro! :)
Besides driving in a straight line with a speed controller such as perfect pass, how does a good boat driver makes a world of a difference on learning a new trick?
For me, I find launching with 2 hands and taking my back hand off on the way down helps me stop rotating. Otherwise I tend to whip down the face of the wake and go over backwards.
I have been working on this all summer now, and consistantly land on me heel edge and slide out every time. A follow up video for the common problems would be cool.
+Robert Hale Hey Robert, okay cool, if you want send me a video of you doing it and I can try and help you out, but it sounds like you just need to flip and bit more, but I may be wrong but I can let you know with a video :). We will get you to land it!!
+David O'Caoimh Wakeboarder I will toss one up when I get a second, but after a long session last night I think it's sorted. turns out it takes next to no cut in to clear the wake and land this trick. I was hucking it really hard, and it was pulling me into more of a raley flip thing. I slowed it down till it was half speed of a normal jump and the trick did itself. Thank for the videos, man!
+Blake Ehlers Sick, I will do that some stage. But a quick tip for the ts fs 540, It helps loads to break it down. So try do a nice ts 180, and then add the three to it. But I will try do a video on making 3's 5's! Cheers
+Juan guenter Hey Juan, ehm, I think it's possible but very hard. It's not too hard to actually do a backroll on a jetski, but to learn one would be a little difficult in all honesty. :)
Going for the 2nd attempt Backroll at sunrise today ! thanks for the vid David
Thank you so much!! Just landed my first back roll today after watching this video!!
Thomas Watts amazing to hear! Congrats!!
Thanks for the videos! It would be great to see a video with more driving tips and showing how to shape the wake tailored to different riders.
Holy crap these videos are great!!! The best part is lack of editing... seriously just the facts! I love it!
hahah thanks bro!! Thanks for watching!! :)

+SteelAlchmey That's brilliant! Yeah coming off the throttle makes it soooo much easier, and it's a really soft landing! Good luck and go land it! :)
Awesome tips man! Will do that the next session!
Hey man you have made my wakeboarding so much easer now keep doing what you do
+Kade Young Thanks so much Kade! I'm stoked about that.
