- Sorry, phone cut out as usual! And sorry for putting my finger over the lens for some of it oops!
I was just finishing by talking about Heads Together and the amazing work they are doing around mental health.
I'm running/walking/crawling the London Marathon with Neil for them on Sunday:

Any support you can give would be massively appreciated! I don't just mean sponsorship-any words of encouragement would massively help us too! Thanks for your time x
Everyone won't be staring at you, they will be there to see you, wish you well and cheer you on. You can do it and you will do it.
Robert Carroll runners are especially kind. I'm not a small person, or a fast person and when I did runs everyone was so encouraging and lovely.
You're an inspiration! No matter what happens this achievement is for you! Well done you!
You rock!!! And I wish you the best tomorrow. Thank you for all you do for mental health from this 62 year old MDD and Anxiety sufferer.
You will not only do it but you will enjoy the unique, positive & inclusive atmosphere of the marathon. Sometimes we all benefit from the opportunity to prove a doubter wrong. Well done for all you are doing and remember that there are far more people than you realise who all believe in you. Looking forward to my sponsorship money going to heads together. Enjoy 👍
you got this Jonny, Sorry to hear you n your family are going through these sad times. Much love xxx
Wishing you all the best for tomorrow, Jonny. It's amazing that you've got this far. How ever long it takes you, it will be a great achievement and I'm sure you will have so much support all the way round xx
We will be cheering you on, and you will be amazing! I did the marathon and believe me, people aren't there to stare, they are there to support and cheer you on. They help to carry you, and it's an incredible experience. I have donated :) xx
Don't be nervous or fearful you can do it! Great job!
You can do it.We are ALL behind you 🙌
Happy thoughts will carry you through, its really sad when loved ones leave us, but they leave good memories .Carry all the good times in your heart .All my best wishes for a really good day tomorrow.
good luck - thanks for doing this !!!
I believe you can do it Jonny! Your doing so well for how much your going through
Hell yeah you can do it!
I believe the work you and Neil and the young Royals (and lady Gaga!) are doing to raise awareness of Mental Health issues is AMAZING. Thanks to you, Heads Together, a mental health charity, is the London Marathon charity of the year. Hopefully more money will start going into mental health services and so help more young people.
I've never run the marathon but I did complete the last 2 Cancer Research UK 10KM Winter Runs without being a regular runner - the atmosphere during these runs was amazing and made it all worth it.
So...
Good luck tomorrow! Don't worry. Just do what you can. Don't overdo it!
Just think of it as a nice long walk and if you run parts of it, even better!
A mobile device with a playlist of some really energetic music from your favourite singers (maybe some lady gaga!) would really help - although your battery may not last the whole marathon! Good idea to wear a cap if you're feeling self conscious, you can just pull it down when you need to and focus on walking/ running!
Just enjoy the day!
Good luck and wishing you the best. As you said it doesn't matter in how much you do it, the main fact is that you are running it :) congrats
Hi Jonny,
I was really sorry to hear about your uncle and grandma. I saw your posts on Twitter and have been thinking of you and your family. I just wanted to wish you lots of luck with the marathon - I know you can do it! I've sponsored you and I'll be sending you positive thoughts tomorrow! Much love, Elizabeth xxx
You can do it Jonny! Good luck!
Good luck for tomorrow Jonny. Sorry to hear about your family. Don't listen to others. You have a bigger reason to run. The marathon you have run is so much more than twenty six miles around London.
good luck with everything! I am sure you will completely smash it, as long as you just keep going and don't give up 😝 you will see all sorts of people at the marathon so focus on yourself! 😊x
You'll finish it 💛 I believe in you
so inspiring and for a good cause. Heck, I only run if I'm being chased
good luck !! you can do it :)
lovely. initiative. marathon:)
You can do it Jonny!!!
Have you seen 'Run Fat Boy Run'?...when you hit the wall...
You're one cool dude.
you reminded of myself when I did a low carb "Paleo diet" you're not getting enough carbs to your brain and body. not saying this to attack but speaking from experience. once I switched to a high carb low fat plant based vegan diet my depression and anxiety went away. i hope I'm not being insensitive and don't actually know you but just letting you know that's what has helped me get my depression and anxiety in check along with regular running and some cycling too. But am struggling massively with digestion problems. not sad about them. just very frusterated. I saw your video about biokult probiotics, aloe vera plants and l glutamine. when my current probiotics are up I'll try biokult if we have that in the states. you looked like you had fun doing the London marathon and I'm so glad you looked like you were having fun. I did the Boston Marathon the week before. I trained with an injury and still had during the race but finished and enjoyed the crowd anyways. I hope you're doing well lately. Take care.
Hi Jonny, your videos have meant a lot to me over the last few months as I have been trying to gain the confidence to speak about my life and my experiences more openly. When I was very depressed I watched all the videos I could find where you were talking about your experiences. Your videos helped me so much to realise that I'm not alone and that so many of us struggle with feelings of shame or not being able to talk openly. You are talking with so much honesty that you reach so many people, like me, who need to hear your story in order to feel more comfortable in their own skin. Thank you so much. You have inspired me to make my own videos which I share on my Twitter @TalkingAboutBPD and on my blog talkingaboutbpd.blogspot.co.uk/. I hope you keep making videos, I love them. Thank you. Rosie
Could have, would have, should have!! Who cares Jonny? Even if you crawl in at the 11th hour, you'll have run. xxoo
What camera do you use?
