- Geert Wilders, the populist leader of the Freedom party (PVV), has benefited from a fragmentation in Dutch politics.

But despite topping several polls, his party is likely to attract less than 20% of the vote and he has no real hope of winning power in a post-election coalition in the Netherlands. So should the attention-seeking Geert Wilders simply be ignored?

so here's the thing, "be normal" is a thing Dutch people say a lot. With being normal we mean not using violence or standing out in a bad way.
thanks that was very confusing and funny for me cuz i didn't understand it at first
Dude been trying to tell us for years
Regardless of whether he's in government or not. Having 1/5 of the voting power in the Parliament can still cause problems for any government refusing to work with his party. The Guardian here, as usual, seems obsessed with state power as if it's the only power that counts. Nigel Farage, the arch enemy of guardian readers brought about change from the outside. This was purely due to his election result of nearly 4m votes in the 2015 election. The Conservative Party, noting this was nearly half of their election result in 2005 (Labour got 9 but disproportionately more seats to votes) and just having left a coalition (due to not being able to win those 4m votes) sought to head the issue off with a referendum to get those votes back into the tory fold to secure future victories, arrogantly thinking they'd win the referendum. And we all know how that turned out.
What has become of the world? Mygrants destroy counties! Brittan? Etc. Netherland open your eyes! Stay sovereign! Protect your country!!!

Geert Wilders is the best last hope for the Netherlands and one of the last hopes of Western Europe.

Ik hoop het
Ik weet nie. Alle politici zijn überhaupt kut. Maar unne is beter als den andere
Just voted for wilders. Not just because of his anti immigration standpoint but mostly for his view on healthcare and social agenda. He isnt far right. The pvv is strong on immigration but overall its almost a socialist party.
Very good 2.25 sec! I have to say: good job! ;)
VDD? Welke partij is dat dan?
De Volkspartij voor Drijheid en Democratie, natuurlijk.
The issue is not race or immigration it is a clash of cultural values . Liberal niceties v a culture which tells you it doesn't respect or want your culture and wishes to replace it with violence if you so much as question it. HE IS CORRECT.
Klaus Schwab doesn't like this.
WILDERS FOR PRESIDENT

Discrimination is good. Everyone should be conscious of his place, merrit and dignity.Political correctness is just a muzzle against the freedom of expression.
As a dutch guy, i hate him so much
Dan heb je een zware dag vandaag.
Boo hoo! Now you just need it’s seat down and cry
No, because nobody besides PVV and FvD voters like him
You'll be surprised. The party has 25 around seats, thats not a small number you know.
this guy must have never heard of the word "xenophobic"
Infinity Hand its on the news 24/7 fuckwit. Im pretty sure even an Amazon tribe has heard of it by now.
Infinity Hand because of the "criticizing morrocans isnt racist because morrocan isnt a race"
Vexilator you probably haven't heard of "islamofacist",do you???
He isn't, his grandma os Indonesian, he is married to a Hungarian woman and was in a Kiboets with poeple from all around the world.
it's kinda poetic that he stresses the word "are" rather than "not" when he said "those who criticise Moroccans ARE not racists"
really a metaphor for implicit vs explicit racism
