The trick is to get the monster on your radius then once you're able to tap it and begin the fight, find a safe place to slay that monster. I usually just bring the monster from another block nearby then head back home and kill it there. Yes you can do that even without paintball.

Niantic has to change rewards for higher rank monsters. I know we need the rarity one items but for this Rank of monster Rarity 3 should be the minimum

Rewards make me sad, I'm still just getting into 4star monsters and in my opinion they should provide additional drops for every rank of star on the monster past a certain point. The fact that I can get the same exact rewards that you did from fighting a 2-star monster feels bad. At the minimum there should be a quantity multiplier per star rank, so even if you get a rarity 1 material from a 9-star monster it would give you like 9 or 10 of them at a time each.

in my opinion, no guarantee drops is just really dump in "this" MH game. back to the classic one, we can still gain lots of extra loots(around12-15, gains more per park broken and for kidnaping lol) which we can just stack up tons of it in our storage box, and this one? They even F***ing sells EXTRA loot storage spaces, and the storage system blocks you from stacking normal loots(it counts per item while old storage system counts per kind of items) and they lowered maximum loot drops per mob. Though we did cost lesser items to forge items, we actually cost HIGHER to level up since you use the same creature loots to upgrade. when you keep hunting hundreds of high difficulty creatures and they just keep giving you 4-6 normal drop that a 1-3star usually do, this is just way too dump as you might be risky during hunting(yeah, same as pokemon go. it's hard to hunt/catch and dodge truck at the same time) we use to have contract style mission that we can replay it over and over again, but now? You might need to run miles away to right environment, and seek for mob spawn. loots and mobs comes randomly, and you gains maximum 6(if you use gems on this stupid system, yes, more, but still lesser then old series ), also not guaranteed for loots that you wish for(at least one best drop guarantee, plz), which in my opinion, ruined this monster hunter game.
Now imagine this is just one of the many great jagras that are generated, and they all need this "clutch" situation to be defeated. I hope the stars can be selected.
it was increased in a patch right before launch, very rare for us to get 2 part breaks nowadays unless you have the fight optimized. 3+ is basically impossible without a ton of overkill damage or partbreaker

It's kinda sad to see that 9 stars give the same shit rewards as a 1/2 stars and is SO MUCH harder to kill, doesn't seem worth doing, you get more zenny and hunter xp but that's like nothing.
I think it fits in a 75s format just fine. If it was an actual MH game that didn't have such a short form geolocation format to it, definitely no health bar is better.
Not really. If there were no timer people would just wait for the monster to attack and chip at their health slowly and very cautiously. With the timer it ups the ante and forces you to fight the monster quickly or fail. It's good design for this game

If they didnt add the timer, everyone could reach endgame easily. Like a hunter with a stone club hitting on rathalos for 2 hours. This game needs dmg checks and gear walls to force players to grind endlessly to overcome it.. Or have co-op friends

You can max weapons out with drops from 8*, so if you grind to like g10 5/5 elemental you can probably tackle 10* solo

while holding the charge, swipe/flick in any direction. you need at least 1 level of charge to be able to do this and you're forced to fire at the end
