i had the most awkward moment. we were not strangers. we were meeting after a long time.
almost after 10 mins of coffee time, i extend my hand for a congratulatory handshake.
she hesitates for nearly 20 seconds,
and i don't know what to do with an extended hand position.
the only saver was she gave me a 2 second dead fish handshake.
after that i never reach out to a girl's hand.
The first time my boyfriend held my hand was in school because we were having a basketball sleepover at my school and he came follow me to the work out room and I slipped and I fell because there was water on the ground and I got up real quick because I didn’t want nobody to see me. But when I was standing by the wall looking at all the grad pictures he came beside me and said “what’s up” my reply was “looking at these pictures” then he came real close to me and I grabbed his hand. That was the first time we held hands.
I was nervous but it gets easier.
