No surprise at all. So humble and human. You feel his soul and emotion in every word he sings. Such a blessing to the human race. Makes this grown man cry😅
It’s hard to see anyone else really winning as long as he’s making music. He has an X factor that no one really comes close to vocally in country music

I would have been OK with Wallen or Combs winning the award this year, simply because both had new product out and Chris had nothing new out for 3 years...until 3 days after the ceremony! So, with the great new album and a second leg of the All-American Road Show, plus the fact that every female vocalist in the world wants to do duets with the guy, he's going to sweep EVERYTHING next year.

It was me. I lived in Johnson county Ky when he did, before he made it to Nashville. I yelled “Johnson county!”

That was me!! I yelled “Johnson county!” Its where he’s from in Ky. I lived there as well. I remember when he was once at the local Walmart, signing autographs. It was prior to him becoming a huge star. He’s such a wonderful guy. So humble. Donated thousands to the local High School music program as well!
