500km LS3-a Glider Flight On A Mostly Blue Benalla Day

Apologies to anyone who was made sick by this video. I had a circling time of 43% on this flight and I'm didn't edit much of my footage out. A circling time closer to 30% or less would have been far better. This was due to being barely 4500ft above ground for the first 5 hours. But more so because I was stubborn about not dumping my 120 liters of water ballast. I was hoping for the day to improve in thermal strength and heights.
It turned out to be a slow punishing flight for me, many of my clubs pilots who pushed west instead of north like i did had far better speeds.
My drinking water bladder ran out (3 Liters) after 6hrs 30mins. It's surprising how much you need in the heat under the sun. I need to bring extra water for future flights of this length. Total flight time was 7hrs 48mins.
